Laren Family Hotel & Spa - Boutique Class

The hotel and staff were lovely! Always helpful. Food was good for all inclusive and so was the drinks. Waiters constantly asking if you need anything! Rooms were nice and everything worked. Receiption was amazing always polite and helpful. Pool and loungers were perfect. Would definitely go again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout my stay. A nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff very handy for everything, shops, restaurants the seafront most of the people that stay here have come for surgery or dental work, the food is nice. I would recommend the spa downstairs. The rooms are quite dark are clean and tidy and it was had a lovely shower.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, waterfront path and the Duden Waterfalls. Modern lobby and pool area with good music playing all day, great atmosphere. The service was awesome, very friendly people at the bar, the managers, the restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and modern, the bed is comfy, BEST shower I have ever had, rain head and handheld with excellent water pressure. I was there for medical vacation and they accomodated my needs perfectly.

This hotel is simply exemplary. The staff are the best and most professional that I have come across, they are all so friendly and helpful. Everything is spotless and constantly cleaned, the rooms are very good too. As for the food, I only had the breakfast whilst here and that was perfect. It is so filling that you hardly need to eat much for a long while. As I've already said that all the staff are the best and most professional but the hotel manager Necmi gets a special mention as he helped us out of a very sticky situation, when a dental clinic was attempting to rip us off for excess charges, and he realised this. I would advise anyone of thinking of staying here, to just do it. You won't regret it! 10 out of 10
