Останавливаюсь не первый раз. Пора бы провести реновацию, а так все отлично

Во - первых изначально бронь была другого отеля. Но у трип ком что-то не сложилось с бронью и они предложили этот отель вместо забронированного. Лифта нет. Номер до отвращения грязный. Уборка раз в 4 дня, но это сложно назвать уборкой. Не сделали абсолютно ничего. Есть стиральная машина , но нет порошка. Сутки не было воды! Не рекомендую

40 degrees with bad non-working aircon The apartment was very dirty and in bad shape. We were 5 but there were only 4 beds and a sofa (which were not meant for sleeping). 40 degrees heat and only one aircon working in one of the bedrooms. No curtains in one of bedrooms with aircon not working and sound like washing machine. No ventilation in bathroom and not even provided any toilet paper! We arrived late night and no turned on aircon and no water in refrigerator. We stayed at 4th floor - no elevator!!! The area was okay and the pool usable. I travel a lot and this place is by far the worst place I have stayed - I will not recommend to anyone. No WIFI - we told staff and they didn’t even care. After we left they asked us if we forgot any clothes in closed - it was some clothes that was already there when we checked in, so they didn’t even check/clean before we arrived!

Мы заселились в этот апарт-отель на 5 дней, в которых запланированы много поездок и экскурсий, поэтому искали эконом вариант только для ночлега. Сегодня 4 ночь из 5. Расположение оказалось просто идеальным. Через дорогу зелёный парк с кофейнями Starbucks и другими, вдоль дороги кафе и рестораны на любой вкус. Набережная безумно красивая, пляжная полоса есть как бесплатная, так и при пляжных кафе с зонтиками и лежаками. Полотенца можно брать на ресепшн. Персонал очень приятный, стараются сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. Заселились нас сразу, как мы приехали в 13 часов дня. Сами апартаменты (эконом) на цокольном этаже, поэтому освещения там не хватает. И первое, что чувствуется - это влажность. Постиранное белье там никогда не высохнет. Мы развешиваем свое на заднем хохяйственном дворике. Видно, что отель не новый, но в целом есть все, что нужно: стиральная машина, плита (кастрюли, сковородка, посуда, приборы), холодильник, фен. Тв не пользовались. Есть гладильная доска, но утюг мы не нашли, возможно, нужно спросить отдельно. Нам пока не понадобился. Во дворе есть небольшой бассейн с чистой водой. Лежаки, столики. Все компактно и уютно. Завтра мы продолжаем наше путешествие по Турции. Спасибо Aspendos seaside за эту неделю ❤️

Oda havasız ve rutubetliydi. Odada kahvaltı bile yapamadık komşu binada kızkardeşimde kahvaltı yaptık. Odayı tutarken resimlerde bir yatak odası ve ayrı bir odada iki kişilik kanepe vardı. Ancak gerçekte bir oda içinde bir yatak ve kanepe vardı.

Odanın en üst kat olmasına rağmen balkonu yoktu. Tavanı çok engindi.5kişi için uygun bir konaklama konforu yoktu.

Kirli, dar, havasız, banyosunda şampuan bile olmayan bir otel.

Genel olarak iyi Personel cok iyi ve ilgiliydi. Temizlik konusunda maalesef ayni seyi soyleyemeyecegim. Ama genel olarak fiyata gore ideal diyebilirim.

We originally booked 1 night through AirBnb, ended up extending our stay for 1 month. Over all the places we found this place really felt like home. Nice large suites with excellent staff that took care of every need we had. Ertugrul bey and his team were magnificent. - Has staff at entrance 24x7, made us feel very secure - They clean rooms every few days, change sheets, etc, - Amazing location. Safe, close to beach, great restaurants and coffee shops. - Great internet, each room has dedicated 25/5 VDSL and apparently they will upgrade as soon as area allows better. - Overall we loved our stay and will be returning in a few months. Highly recommended.

Showerhead connection was leaking some water. Apartment floors were dirty and had only 4 pairs of slippers for 6 people, didnt ask extra ones, maybe they would have given. Apartment sofa was little over used to have best sleep. Location was great. Lots of restaurants all around. Beach to swim nearby. Is noicy area cause of all the functions around even in offseason Value for money in offseason was excellent.

Myself and my family stayed at Aspendos Seaside for 2 weeks, the room was a little tired and dated and needed a little TLC but was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeepers did an amazing job! The location was excellent with lots of bars and restaurants nearby which were excellent and reasonably priced. The beach was a 5 min walk away from the accommodation and both the beach and the sea were amazing!! I would highly recommend to others.

Made this booking on behalf of a friend, who had NOT a good experience at this place at all. With the exception of Manager Diana, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be a different way of treating locals, foreigners and men and women. Additionally halfway through stay, an email was received saying guest had not booked in (?) and booking was cancelled. If they fail to get the basics right all other elements of the place become invalid. Would not recommend found it all most unhelpful.
