服務態度惡劣

在當地算是很好的酒店了 服務也是非常的不錯👌😌 周邊去購物也還不錯的，有很大的兩個超市…………… 值得住

不知道這裏為什麼評分不高，我住過Tana其他酒店，這裏毫無疑問是最好的， Raddison ably的雙人床是很小的單人床拼的，睡一晚腰疼。這裏床和房間都很大。走出馬路還有一個提款機和大超市。早餐比Raddison Blu好太多了。非常豐盛。水果有點少。Tana當之無愧第一名,但價格確實有點太高了。

ホテルスタッフのサービスがよい。朝食か充実している。プールは短いが十分に堪能できる。大通りから少し路地を入ったところにあり、喧騒も無縁。素晴らしいホテル

Very nice business hotel. Room is very spacious with all the amenities. Free fast internet. Suppose it is a quite new hotel. Breakfast offers range of excellent food. Bread selection is great. With a bean to coffee machine, the day starts well. Also breakfast is served at 0600, simply brillant for me. Staff is courteous.

J’ai fait une réservation sur l’application All en optant pour la formule prépayée. J’ai reçu un mail de confirmation m’indiquant que la chambre avait été réglée et que je n’avais rien à réglé à l’hôtel or à mon arrivée on m’a demandé de payer la chambre en m’indiquant que la carte bancaire donnée n’était qu’une garantie … alors pourquoi envoyer un mail pour me dire que tout était réglé … je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement je ne rencontre pas ce genre de problème avec le radisson.

The hotel is ok overall—clean rooms, ok location, and friendly staff. But there are several frustrating issues that really took away from the experience. The pool is out of service with no prior notice anywhere, which feels misleading. One of the elevators doesn’t work properly—people have been getting stuck because the doors don’t open, which is both annoying and concerning. On top of that, the TVs don’t support streaming, and the hotel refuses to allow HDMI access, which makes relaxing with your own content impossible. And surprisingly, there are no sugar-free drinks available anywhere, not even at the bar. It’s a shame, because the basics are solid, but the lack of transparency and flexibility makes it hard to fully recommend.

L’hôtel est récent, dès votre arrivée le personnel est au petit soin avec la clientèle. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, confortables. La literie de grande qualité. La restauration est correct. Unique point négatif, une piscine extérieure à l’abandon. Dommage.

The hotel facility is new and upscale. The staff are friendly and helpful with transportation. Walking distance to a nearby mall where good restaurants are available.

Hôtel moderne offrant tout le confort. Le personnel est très professionnel. Grandes chambres, agréables avec un bon wi fi. Il est possible de travailler mais aussi de se détendre. Grand lobby avec café. Restaurant de qualité avec un excellent petit déjeuner. Le NOVOTEL est le meilleur hôtel de Madagascar, un véritable 5 étoiles. Bravo à l'équipe !

Our stay at Novotel was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to Franco, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. He coordinated a driver for us to go to the restaurant L'Arrivage, where we enjoyed a romantic dinner. The driver was professional, punctual, and even waited for us until we finished—truly exceptional service! The hotel itself was stunning, with a magnificent spa and swimming pool that made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the well-maintained facilities, contributed to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Novotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!
