Ibis Styles Hotel (Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center)

I was upgraded to another hotel which provided the best services. Staffs were very helpful. Station pickup and drop off were very impressive.

Very good stay here. The staff will contact you few days before check in to confirm your arrival as there will be driver to pick you up at the train station. Its free. The reception staff even helped us book Changbaishan ticket for the next day. So its very convenient for us tourist whom are not very familiar. Even booked the driver to fetch us to multiple attractions and location. Paid a good price. Very good driver. However take note which car the driver is driving as i paid a premium for a big car for two of us. Breakfast was alright nothing amazing. Location is very good. Walkable to Elderweiss roughly 10minutes away and to YungDing street. Can DIDI anywhere so cheap. Theres halal pull noodle in walking distance. So tasty. So near to Changbaishan Mountain north visitor center like 5minutes drive or 15min walk

The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well. The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel. If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs.

Thank you for giving us a free upgrade room. The front counter service was good. Got free drinks. Location near 雲頂市集。 We are very lucky and able to see 天池. The food was their local food and recommended by our driver. It is very nice.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel offered a complimentary pick up and drop- off service from the train station which is highly appreciated especially in the cold. The room is clean and location-wise, while there isn’t much around, I could walk to the touristy street in 15 mins with many restaurants in the vicinity. Changbaishan Visitor Center is also about 25 mins by foot. I find it quite convenient! The driver(s) also offered private transport to the various local attractions like hot spring and float down the river at reasonable rate (there is a published rate for transport provided in the hotel for reference) and at discounted price for the various attractions. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience at the hotel!

We didn’t get a chance to stay at the Ibis due to an electrical problem where we had to be moved to another hotel. But we feel compelled to write about the staff at the Ibis who handled the problem very well. The hotel they moved us to was better than Ibis hence it was an upgrade for which we are extremely grateful. A special thank you to Mr Zhang Weiliang who helped ferry us around the North Slope. He was courteous and helpful. He attended to all our queries with patience and care. The Ibis is strategically located. There are convenience stores just 20m away and a nice park opposite it. It’s also not far from Yunding Night Market.
