Location: Excellent. Walking distance to Changbaishan North Slope entrance. Hotel has a complementary transfer in the morning too. It is by the Er Dao Bai He River and there is a walking trail leading to En Du Li (恩都里) tourist park where with many shops and food options and a few cultural performances.
Staff and Service: Excellent. Everyone was welcoming. In particular I would like to call out 前台/管家的 小余和小王。They are very helpful and follow up on our arrangement for pickup proactively.
Transport: Excellent. Complementary pick up from Changbaishan High Speed train station. Our driver, 刘司傅, is very helpful and gave us a warm welcome.

The hotel is very clean and boasts serene environment suitable for leisurely stay. Special complimentary comment goes to Ms 何霖whose dedicated service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

新開的酒店，離天池北景區很近，但是離小鎮有點距離，周邊沒有什麼吃的，要走到小鎮才可以。酒店提供接送站服務和送景區服務，入住前加了管家小王和小於微信，方便溝通，對首次來的客人提供了方便，必須點贊。客房衞生可以，環境不錯。入住期間遇到房間有點問題，經過管家溝通，也順利解決了。大概酒店客人不多的原因吧，晚餐衹有1個128套餐和68元石鍋飯或者牛肉麪，選擇太少了。早餐9點結束，這也太早了吧！而且部分糕點和蒸餃都是硬的，咖啡味道有點奇怪，選擇不多，這可是118元的早餐。

這次來長白山玩，選了君瀾書院酒店，體驗非常棒！
酒店的位置很好，離長白山景區很近，還送到遊客中心，對於第二天一早要去北坡的我們來説特別方便，節省了很多路上的時間。酒店還提供免費的接線送站服務。
一進酒店就感覺特別有味道，是那種中式的、雅緻的書院風格，和長白山自然靜謐的氛圍很搭。大堂寬敞明亮，聞着淡淡的香氛，旅途的疲憊一下就減輕了不少。
房間很乾凈舒服，窗户很大，視野開闊，能看到外面的山景或園景。玩了一天雪山，回來洗個熱水澡，躺在柔軟的床上，簡直是最大的享受。害怕我們冷還主動提供了電暖器。
鹿苑裡的小鹿也十分可愛。
工作人員小王和小於服務不錯，都很有禮貌，見面會主動問好，有問題響應得也很快。下午從山上下來給我們辦了免費的延遲退房，感覺這裏的服務很貼心、很有温度。
如果下次再來長白山，肯定還會選擇這裏！

實打實，超預期的入住體驗，讓一項標準很高的家人都非常滿意，更讓首次長白山之行意猶未盡，以至於必須要發篇長文強烈推薦： 首先，酒店地腳真的超級好！距離恩都裏、雲頂市集兩大網紅街區衹有1km多，步行衹要10多分鐘，而且是沿着二道白河步棧道，途經中華秋沙鴨公園，一路河景美不勝收。 二是距離長白山北景區遊客集散中心也衹有1km多，酒店安排中巴送當天預約遊覽的住客提前走綠色通道進入景區，非常便捷貼心，遊覽完景區也不用擔心打不着車，溜溜噠噠就走回酒店。 三是酒店提供貼心、舒適的高鐵站中巴接送服務，車況很贊！酒店為園林式環境，靜謐秀美，緊鄰二道白河，空氣極佳！酒店還有鹿苑，可以跟梅花鹿零距離互動～辦理入住時前台看孩子是個半大小子，免費給升級了loft，房間格局和軟硬件設施、衞生特別棒，軟硬件的設施、環境、衞生都特別理想。最後重點表揚的一定是服務，從前台到餐廳，到接駁司機，接觸過的每一個工作人員都非常熱情周到，處處為住客着想，特別是點名表揚微信名為“錦鯉”的客服人員，主動聯絡接站，一對一幫忙協調各種需求，讓入住倍感暖心。今天剛剛升級了攜程鑽石會員，總之，君瀾書院酒店是近年來最滿意的一次旅行體驗，今後再來長白山衹住這裏。

酒店緊鄰長白山北坡景區集散中心，步行幾百米，交通十分便利。專屬管家小王和小於會提前一天聯繫接站問題，辦理入住時也會詢問是否預約長白山門票並協助預訂，酒店有電瓶車接送各住宿樓。
已預約好景區的也會根據門票時間，安排車輛送達集散中心，解決很多交通問題。
用餐：早餐很豐富

參加817稻米節來的，離演唱會和見面會都很近。酒店旁邊就是二道白河，青山綠水間的酒店。服務五星級，早餐豐盛，房間很安靜。酒店自己就有三衹梅花鹿。而且酒店還幫着搶長白山的票。一切都是vip待遇。步行去雲頂市集和恩都裏都很近。
