due to renovation work at the initial booked hotel, was transferred to crowne plaza. staff here are extremely friendly and accepting especially 月月，李景旭，孙涵 & 郭起良. they have been really helpful, especially when we had to do late check out due to the delay from morning’s itinerary. will definitely return to this hotel if we’re coming back to Changbaishan. ❤️

白天遊玩完長白山的各個景點，晚上泡完酒店的火山真温泉，真的很贊👍，洗掉一身疲乏。第二天走進酒店裡麪的原始森林裏麪漫步，身處純天然的大氧吧，洗洗肺。然後再回酒店健身出汗💦，洗個澡。很滿意

酒店環境很好，地理位置優越，就在景區門口，配套餐飲韓餐味道不錯，碰到的工作人員服務熱情周到。房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，早餐品種豐富，味道很棒。晚上温泉結束海遇到了兩衹小兔子🐰

酒店的地理位置特別好，VIP通道可以節約很多排隊的時間，很幸運看到了天池。因為帶了兩個孩子，酒店給升級了房型。貼身管家也提供了周到的服務，酒店温泉也很棒，孩子們很喜歡，下次來玩還會入住。酒店的東北鐵鍋燉很好吃！

雖然價格不便宜，但是絕對物超所值，6月21日入住的，前台還給升級了房間，酒店環境不錯，旁邊有個森林棧道可以走走。酒店位置很好，長白山北門老山門這裏，走兩步就能進入，可以走北門VIP通道及天池小交通VIP通道，節省排隊時間。
餐飲有點貴，周邊除了一個皇冠假日酒店，沒有其他吃飯的地點，一個雞蛋炒飯38，豬肉白菜水餃48，味道一般般。溜肉段有點硬，99一份，地三鮮48，米飯5元一碗。早餐還算豐盛，有麪條豆腐腦等等。温泉不錯，室外，室內多個池子，温度有高有低。
最後説一下6月22日的天池，等了一天，下午4點左右霧才散去，不枉我們一天冷風中等待。

酒店vip上山服務太方便了，817當天9點從酒店走到老山門檢票進景區，坐車半小時就到了天池換乘點，VIP通道排了幾分鐘就坐上了上天池的小巴。換到酒店3號樓硬件挺好，早餐非常豐盛，温泉池有好幾種，夏天泡也很舒服，物有所值。
