"We chose the Yunju Hotel for our summer escape to Changbai Mountain, and our overall experience exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, right at the foot of Changbai Mountain, making it cool and comfortable in the summer – a perfect escape from the city heat. The public areas are elegantly designed; the lobby has a strong New Chinese aesthetic, and the tea break area is quiet and pleasant, great for relaxing with a cup of tea while waiting for transport. We received a room upgrade, and the bathroom materials were high-quality. The terrazzo walls looked sophisticated and durable, while the smart toilet and separate shower were clean and tidy. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the cleaning was meticulous with no unpleasant odors. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient. It's also very convenient for getting to all the scenic spots. This is definitely my top choice for a summer stay in Changbai Mountain; the environment is serene, the facilities are solid, and it’s comfortable for both travel and relaxation. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel's decor style is that of an old-school five-star hotel, but the facilities are still excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the mountain-view rooms offer distant views of Changbai Mountain. It's perfectly suited for family trips; the back garden is beautiful, and children can get up close to feed sika deer, minks, alpacas, rabbits, and small parrots, which they absolutely love. The pool is good, and the hot springs are an even better way to relax in the evening. Located halfway up the mountain, it's more convenient to head to Tianchi Lake on Changbai Mountain in the morning, and there are fewer people compared to staying at the foot of the mountain. The hotel service is top-notch; all staff members are very polite. The breakfast selection is quite extensive and tastes good, though the fruit variety could be improved. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"الغرفة كانت نظيفة و جديدة ، الإفطار جيد الموقع بعيد قليلا عن مركز المدينة، ولكن يمكنك السفر لأي مكان في المدينة بواسطة دي دي. أنصحكم للمسافرين الذين خططوا لزيارتهم في الجانب الشمالي من شانغباشان. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يوجد قطة سوداء أمام الفندق. يرجى منحها بعض طعام القطط والماء النظيف. إنها لطيفة للغاية. ( يمكن شراء طعام القطط بالقرب من الفندق. شكرا للطفك."

"The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well. The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel. If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs."

"غرفة مريحة جدا وقيمة مقابل المال في Erdaobaihe، أنصح بشدة الأصدقاء والعائلة بالإقامة هنا. يبدو الغرفة جديدة نسبيا. كانت الغرفة نظيفة، السرير والوسائد مريحة جدا و أنا أنام بشكل جيد جدا. كان الحمام نظيف للغاية، مجهزة جيدا ومستلزمة، والماء ساخن. وكان الإفطار كافية تماما. وتقدم خدمة نقل الركوب/النفايات لمحطة القطار بسخاء. الريسيبشن سيئ وفقير لا يليق بفندق ٥ نجوم ولا يليق باسم موفمبيك. الحجرة التى تم تخصيصها لنا من اسوأ مايمكن تخيله عند الشكوي لا مبالاه وعدم تكتراث من قبل موظفات الاستقبال . الاخ حاتم متعاون وخدوم ومهذب لو احتجت اي مساعده راح يكونو اكثر من سعداء للمساعده موقع الفندق رائع أيضا، على مقربة من العديد من المطاعم الرئيسية (مفضلتي هي xinyan shaokao!). walk/5mins سيارة إلى مركز الزوار الشمالي لشانغباشان"

"The staff were attentive to our needs. Special shout-out for Ms. Chen Yuan Yuan. She ensured that we knew our way around. During breakfast, the staff would also introduce the different dishes to us. The hot spring was not as impressive. Not sure if it's because of non-peak season, the facility was not fully open. But it is still good enough for those who want to experience hot springs in cold weather."
