"We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people, which gave us a comfortable experience. The location was perfect: the hotel is within walking distance of the shopping mall and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location is very good, as it's a bit outside the city center, but you can get there quickly by tram. If you're taking the train, you can get off at Berchem station and walk to the hotel in 15 minutes. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly.
