"The location is recommended, nearby the Central Station. Spacious for a standard room. For standard room is there no outlet available so it was difficult if you want to curl or iron your hair. When I checked in the room looked clean but the toilet was not cleaned the was still urine in the toilet and drops of urine on the toilet seat so I called the reception and they sent somebody to get it cleaned. Staff are friendly."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and overall, it was an average experience. While the hotel wasn't bad, there were several issues that prevented me from giving it a higher rating. Firstly, I had booked a room with a city view, but unfortunately, the view was not what I expected. It was quite unattractive and didn't quite match the promise of a city view. Upon arrival, my family and I were disappointed to find that there were only two towels provided, despite there being three of us staying in the room. The room was also not fully prepared for three people, which was a bit of a letdown. Some of the other issues we encountered included a lack of amenities, such as tissues, and a dirty carpet that seemed to be in need of a good cleaning. The internet connection was also extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. One positive note was the TV connection, which worked well. Overall, I was disappointed with our stay at this hotel, and I hope that the management will take our feedback on board and make some changes to improve the overall experience. With a bit of attention to detail and some upgrades, I think this hotel could be a real gem. Rating breakdown: * Cleanliness: 2/5 * Comfort: 3/5 * Amenities: 2/5 * Internet: 1/5 * Overall: 3/5 I would give it a 10 if they made some significant changes, but for now, it's an average hotel that needs to improve in several areas."

"The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning.
