Disappointing Stay – Terrible Experience I recently stayed at this hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown from start to finish. Upon checking in, I was immediately disappointed to find that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was visible dust and dirt in several areas, and worst of all, the washroom was in an unacceptable state – not cleaned and with a persistent, unpleasant smell throughout. Things went from bad to worse when we went down for breakfast the next morning. Despite being on a bed and breakfast plan, no breakfast had been prepared, even though it was already 8:30 AM. We waited for a while, but nothing was set up, and there was no communication or explanation from the staff. In the end, we had to check out without having had our meal. Even more frustrating was the fact that no one from the hotel acknowledged the situation or offered any form of apology. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns, making it clear that guest satisfaction and basic hospitality were not priorities at this hotel. Given the poor cleanliness, terrible service, and lack of any effort to rectify the situation, I would strongly advise against staying here. I certainly won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

"Classy" is the word. A very good staff who provides a great service. Great food, rooms, swimming pool and the classic view. Decent prices with offers. Close to Sigiriya and Habarana. Cart service for all needs inside hotel.
