From the conservatory you can see the 4-acre field which has a wire fence where dogs can be let off the lead at pre-arranged times. The Studio, which is separate from the main house, has a comfortable living area with double glazed doors opening into a light and airy conservatory with roof and window blinds, which is pleasantly furnished. There is a shower room with toilet, wash-basin and walk-in shower with sliding door screen, a light above the mirror with shaving point, heated towel rail and wall heater. Bathroom cabinet. Toilet rolls. A galley kitchen is well equipped with welcome tea, milk, coffee and sugar, 2 ringed hob (no oven) standard fridge with freezer compartment, microwave/grill, and extractor fan. In the cosy open plan living space there is a small settee and cushions, a TV with in-built DVD and Freeview; free Wi Fi connection and electric heating throughout. (There is a charge for electricity in the colder months. The meter is read on departure and a fee is charged separately according to the units used). Air-conditioning unit in the summer months. Parking is just outside the property by the large double gates, this is the guests' entrance. Nearest electric car charging points are by Halesworth Co-op and Petrol station, IP19 8LU.
