This is a ground floor studio apartment, 2 blocks away from central Little Italy with a kitchenette (no full kitchen) - very similar to a hotel room. Please note that the unit is on the ground floor, there is no designated parking space, and the door opens to the sidewalk, so you will hear normal city noise of passerby’s, cars, plus occasional footsteps from upstairs. If you’re looking for something affordable, walkable to Little Italy, Waterfront Park, Convention Center, with comfortable basic amenities, this is an excellent studio apartment! If you’re someone who would be more comfortable in a hotel, won’t sleep well with city noise, or is uncomfortable being so close to the street, this may not be the place for you. Welcome to my adorable newly renovated beach/bay guesthouse! 5 min walk away from Mission Bay and Mission Beach - very centrally located near bars, restaurants and Belmont Park. This cozy and inviting space features an outside living area and indoor comfort with air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideally located for your stay in San Diego Bay. Beach days are made easy with an outdoor shower, beach chairs and an umbrella. Please note that there is limited street parking.The studio is located just a two minute walk to the beach and a four minute walk to the bay. This is a studio unit so please keep in mind that it is small but it has all that you will need to be comfortable while away from home. The studio has been fully renovated just a week ago! It is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends! There is a fully equipped kitchen (it has an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and full sized stove, oven and fridge/freezer) and full bathroom. The room has a queen bed and a separate area with a dining table and two chairs. Central air conditioning will keep the place cool but there is also a ceiling fan for cooler days. There is no wardrobe but there is a luggage rack so your luggage has a space to be kept without getting in the way. There is a smart tv that has all the channels you would need - Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Hulu. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property.There are a total of three units on the property - a front house and two units in the back. This is the downstairs back unit. The patio is shared with the upstairs unit. Beach items such as beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. Outdoor shower is shared with the other two units.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire studio. The unit is located downstairs and the patio is shared.Other things to noteThere are no shared walls and the upstairs unit is not directly over the studio, but there is a potential for noise.PARKING: The studio does NOT come with parking and parking is insanely difficult to find down by the beach or the bay. This unit is located off of Mission Blvd in between Mission Bay and Mission Beach. I would highly encourage you to ditch the car and rent a bike or a scooter to get around the area. There is a bike rental shop next to the studio and there is a bus stop just in front as well. The beach and the bay are both within 5 minutes walk.Pacific Beach neighborhood! So much to do and not enough time to do it all. Walk to the bay and do paddle boarding or jet skiing. Rent bikes and ride around the beach boardwalk enjoying the atmosphere. San Diego Surf Camp #6 is a great 1 bedroom just 100 ft from the Pacific and a 5 minute walk to the sand! It features 1 luxurious queen bed, a deluxe air mattress, a comfortable couch, a cozy kitchen, a full bath, 1 off-street parking space, HD TV in every room, blazing fast WIFI, and access to our shared large courtyard with BBQ. This is the ideal property to come and enjoy the beach. We are not a party house. That's not our vibe. Come and Enjoy a mellow and wonderful time!It's cute. It's quirky. It feels like a camp, but it's 100ft to the beach and in the middle of everything Ocean Beach and San Diego have to offer. Within 2 blocks of restaurants, bars, shops, yoga studios, fishing, and surfing. Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the numerous neighborhood coffee stands and walk two blocks to the beach for a stroll as you watch the surf. We are blocks from some of San Diego's most iconic beach spots. Have a hamburger at Hodad's or get a scoop of ice cream between two flavored freshly made mini-waffles at Lighthouse. Also, eating at the quirky restaurant way out at the end of the Ocean Beach Pier is something that shouldn't be missed. Of course, there is a BBQ grill, and it's always a good time to cook out. After lunch, head back home and take a nap or relax on the deck. If you like shopping, you are virtually 10-20 minutes from any destination in the greater San Diego Metro area. I would suggest starting with the cool little shops a couple blocks away on Newport Ave for the original artwork. At night, you have a number of really incredible options. On one of the nights of your stay, you have to walk down the beach and have a bonfire in one of the beach fire pits. It's an absolute imperative... a must do beach experience. The smell and sound of the ocean, the feel of the sand, the smell of the fire, the taste of the s'mores...... We also have the restaurant Bo Beaujust a couple blocks away for a romantic dinner. Try the lobster risotto. ...and there are so many other great restaurants within walking distance: Kaiserhoff, OB Noodle House, etc For Touristy stuff... well, the beach is two blocks away. Step out on the sidewalk and look to your left. It's that blue thing where the land ends. SeaWorld is a five minute drive. The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive away. Disneyland is a ninety minute drive.We only rent entire apartments. The apartment is all yours.Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel.
