Alors on a choisi cet hôtel pour anniversaire de mariage on pensait être tranquille car en crête il y a plein de hôtel avec piscine toboggan club enfant et la non donc je ne comprends pas les gens qui viennent dans cette hôtel avec des enfants parents qui ce dédouane des responsabilités piscine remplie d’enfants qui crient et sautent dans l eau à côté de vous des enfants qui vont manger à midi torse nue et mouillé sur les mêmes chaises ou on s assoit le soir bien habillé après au niveau du hall inclusives quelles arnaque alors nous sommes arrivés à 23 h donc normal pas de petit déjeuner et pas de déjeuner ni de repas du soir et le jour du départ alors la le hall inclusives s arrête à 11h et donc vu que l on part à 15h50 il faut encore payer pour manger à midi et les boissons on nous explique que c’est négocié avec TUI et c est comme ça sinon je veux pas dire que l hôtel est pas bien au contraire mais beaucoup de choses à revoir et mettre de l ordre au restaurant et à la piscine la plage est très grande propre bien pour les promenade la mer jolie mais impossible de ce baigner drapeau rouge tout les jours voilà donc pour un voyage en amoureux privilégié un adulte only .

The Hotel was lovely, very clean and well presented. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming/friendly, they focused on you enjoying your Holiday and relaxing which was great. we wanted a relaxing atmosphere and a not too child mad holiday with great facilities and on a good beach, we were NOT disappointed! (The kids facilities were fantastic with there own pool and entertainment) The food was amazing, I 100% recommend having dinner in the beach restaurant, we had a fantastic meal (so much food) and set in a perfect setting early evening looking out across the beach. Some advise though, when we looked at the menu initially we thought you would have to choose from the options but in fact it’s the whole menu that you have! So your options were fish or meat! So plenty of food and lots of different flavours and dishes to explore. The all inclusive package was perfect for us as a family as we only had to provide our room numbers at the bar or restaurant and the rest was taken care off (no scruffy wristbands) and the food was simply amazing, so much choice at breakfast, Lunch, Dinner etc from local dishes to a range of foods from around the globe inc salads, meats, cheeses, fruits, desserts etc. I would say there is not much in the immediate vicinity to do other than a few shops and restaurants etc, but a local town Rythmos is only a twenty minute bus ride away and that’s from outside the Hotel and very cheap (€3.20 per person) also very easy to get there and back etc, a wonderful little old town and Harbour with plenty to see inc usual shops and restaurants along with the harbour itself. This was enough for us as our Holiday purpose was complete relaxation and it didn’t disappoint. You have entertainment every evening at the beach restaurant as they have a stage area next to it with seating outside which had everything from Prize Bingo to acrobatics, singers and instrument players, this all finished at around 11:00pm so still meant you could relax knowing you was not kept up all night with loud music and disturbances etc. The weather was beautiful and Hot but there was plenty of shade on the beach and around the pool with lots of beds and umbrellas etc and with free water stations or of course the bars and restaurants you were always hydrated lol! We would 100% return to this Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel in August for two weeks with my family. This is a 3/4-star hotel, not 5 stars, and the pictures online are not all accurate. We were given a room that smelled bad so the next day we moved to another one. This one also smelled bad when we switched on the airco and it often smelled of sewers in the resort. The beds were small, no headbord (which is strange in a 5-star hotel), the pillows were uncomfortable and there must be some plastic in the bed covers or in the sheets because they made you sweat a lot. The sheets were always too small for the bed (see picture). The towels were sistematically grey and worn out (see picture). There is hardly any storage space because the only small cupboard you have is open all the time (see picture). The bathroom had no space for our things, so we had to move a bench from the room to the bathroom. We also bought a tissue box because there wasn't any. The buffet was good for dinner but very poor at lunchtime. They often ran out of grilled fish and meat one hour before closing time and did not refill. Alternatives for intolerant guests were rare, which was a problem for my mother, but fortunately one of the waiters always looked for something she could eat. Food should be available in the afternoon, as you would expect in an all-inclusive hotel; they did provide some in the beach bar immediately after lunch and then closed the kitchen so if the food was over they didn't refill. When the meat had been there for a while and wasn't looking fresh anymore, they just poured sauce over it. The all-inclusive package does not include drinks as simple as a bottle of sparkPoor value for money, not a 5-star hotelling water or a glass of Baileys but does include a wide variety of wines. The biggest draw of this hotel is the staff, who are very nice and helpful. The cicadas on the trees make a lot of noise and because the rooms are badly insulated you can hear everything. The hotel is roght by the beach. The beach is ok, despite the many pebbles that make it difficult to enter the sea. The sea was rough, the red flag was on for more than a week, no idea if this is frequently the case. There are many loungers and umbrellas. The evening shows are very good. All in all, a 3/4-star hotel, way too expensive for what you get.

Il personale nell’area ristorazione è molto gentile e il cibo è buono e vario (anche se ben lontano da un 5 stelle). Il personale alla reception potrebbe essere più premuroso. Le stanze sono pulite e spaziose ma visto il numero di zanzare dovrebbero applicare delle zanzariere su tutte le finestre perché così non è possibile tenerne aperta nemmeno una. Oppure procedere con una disinfestazione importante. La spiaggia è ben tenuta: il mare è molto pulito anche se non cristallino, visto il fondale scuro. La posizione dell’hotel è così così perché lontana da tutto: dagli aeroporti, dalle spiagge più belle e anche da Chania, il borgo più carino. Se ci si vuole spostare è d’obbligo il noleggio della macchina. La zona SPA è molto piccolina e potrebbero stare più attenti alle clienti durante i trattamenti: scelta della musica, piccola zona tisana, luci soffuse… In conclusione: un ottimo 4 stelle ma ben lontano da un 5 stelle!

Moltissime cose da migliorare, a partire dalla pulizia sommaria delle camere, dalla qualità e quantità di cibo (sicuramente non da 5 stelle), dalle dimensioni della piscina non adeguate al numero di clienti, dalla cura praticamente inesistente delle aree verdi (quasi abbandonate), dal persistente odore di fogna (con annessi moscerini attaccati alla porta della camera) per concludere con la maleducazione dell’addetto al nostro trasferimento in aeroporto che, una volta arrivati, ha scaraventato giù dal van le nostre valigie ed è risalito senza nemmeno salutare (da precisare: il tutto per la modica cifra di 140 euro!). Inoltre di pessimo gusto far pagare 20 euro in più per poter usufruire del pranzo in struttura, nonostante avessimo già pagato per poter usufruire del late check out (mai capitato in tutte le strutture nel mondo in cui siamo stati). Qualità sicuramente NON da struttura 5 stelle. Unico aspetto positivo i ragazzi dei vari bar, sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente non ritorneremo, peccato!
