Omijać szerokim łukiem - opinię będę wystawiać jako osoba, która nie korzystała za dużo z hotelu, bo skupieni byliśmy na wycieczkach. Nasz pokój akurat okazał się przestronny, było też w miarę czysto, inni posiadający pokoje na parterze już tyle szczęścia nie mieli. Niewątpliwy plus hotelu to dobre jedzenie i miła obsługa przy posiłkach, stoły czyste i sprzątane na bieżąco. Hotel wbrew ofercie nie posiadał animacje, drinki jak to w dość tanim all inclusive tragiczne, wielki minus za to nie podawano napoi w szkle tylko w plastikach, łącznie z winem ( mówię o wieczorach). Po przylocie o 3 w nocy brak "doraźnych" posiłków, nasza doba przecież była opłacona od godziny 14, ostatniego dnia =, w którym wylot był o 01:00 pokoje musielismy opuścić o 10:30, nasze opaski zostały odcięte, nie moglismy juz korzystać z niczego, nie mielismy także posiłkow ( o jeden sie wykłócilismy). Mimo, że kilka dni wcześniej sygnalizowaliśmy ze chcemy przedłużyc dobę hotową o ok 8-9h ( 10 euro za godzinę) i dostalismy potwierdzenie słowne, ostatniego dnia się dowiedzielismy, że sory ale o 14 jest juz ktos inny na wasz pokój. Zakończylo się tak, ze wynajęłam za 50uro pokój w hotelu obok na całą dobę ... skandal. Poza tym wg oferty ITAKi obowiązywaly bezplatne leżaki na plazy jak i przy basenie. Bylismy kasowani codziennie roznymi kwotami - od 3.5 euro za osobę do 10 euro za osobę, chyba zależnie od widzimisie. Ogólnie nie polecam nikomu kto przyjeżdza odpocząć na miejscu, no chyba ze weźmie ze sobą worek pieniędzy :) plaża należąca do hotelu była najbrudniejszym i najbardziej zaniedbanym skrawkiem plaży

We have been there for the 4th time and I would like to say this is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and great for holidays. The manager Georgia and her staff do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. Cleaning ladies did a great job too. The chania is the most beautiful region in crete and it is not very far from Elafonisi the most beautiful beach we have ever seen

Great family hotel. Nice swimming pool, great rooms, perfect breakfast and dinner, great location with plenty restaurants nearby. We loved our stay in the hotel but I'd there is something that could be better it's that guests put their towels on the sunbeds very early morning. Sunbeds on the beach are 5 euro,would have been nice if they were included especially since it seems to be to few sunbeds in the hotel.

An extremely, tasteful, clean hotel. There was a nice, helpful. The restaurant has a delicious selection of dishes. I would like to highlight Mr Panos in the bar, kind to all guests and makes great cocktails. thank you for the very warm hospitality. we will be back soon

Me and my partner recently stayed at Summer Beach and had a lovely time. George in the cocktail bar was very friendly, so attentive and clearly takes pride is his job. One of the nicest people I have met. Also makes a fab cocktail so make sure you give him a visit. Overall we had a lovely stay and would go back if we were staying in the area again also a lot to do outside the hotel, shops, bars and restaurants you are spoilt for choice!!

Amazing stay at the hotel, rooms are so spacious and updated. Great food and nice experience. The service are really nice and food so delicious. Pool towels are available on payment of a deposit which is refunded on the return. I found the pool area to be clean and well maintained, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas there and on the beach. I enjoy my stay and will no doubt return in the future

The hotel was terrible. I have no words to explain how bad it was. Stay away!!!! The hotel was dirty and run down. The food area was dirty as well and the food disgusting. We had to stay there for one week and it felt like forever. I have nothing nice to say about this hotel.

Family hotel close to the beach. Nice and clean rooms with great View. The breakfast was great with Nice fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Thank You Summer beach for having a great staff. Also Valeria the front desk manager. Overall, this îs the Best hotel i have ever been to.

The most horrible experience. Vacation money thrown out the window. 4 out of 7 vacation days we moved between 3 rooms. 1st room: an unfinished room with exposed electrical wires. The second room was right next to the reception. It smelled terribly of sewage, and the air conditioning was old and couldn't handle the heat. The food was not diverse at all, limited and the same every day. Dirty glasses, and in the morning you only had coffee, no cappuccino, latte or anything else. The help at the reception, the one around 40+ years old with blue eyes, was very aggressive. This is a 0-star hotel, not 4. Avoid it.
