"Hotel was lovely, staff very accommodating and friendly. Food was cooked fresh and delicious. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. The only downfall was the gym and spa closed early on bank holiday and wasn’t notified in advance so missed a day using facilities."

"Upon arriving late at night at the Wigan Holiday Inn Express, we were greeted with the warmest welcome and exceptional assistance from the reception staff. I requested that my friend’s family room be arranged near ours, and the request was graciously accommodated. Aaron, in particular, went above and beyond—he not only helped me locate the nearest EV charging station (he also helped to try the Hotel Tesla EV Charging point, unfortunately, not compatible) but also took the initiative to find a dinner spot for us. To my surprise, he later knocked on our door with a handwritten note detailing the directions to both. His thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Aaron!"
