L.R. w/ Sofa Bed (queen) can accommodate up to 2 additional guest. A new kitchen, bath & cozy bedroom with queen bed. Joe was a great communicator and the space was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with more than we could need. The three of us and our dogs had a great stay. It can be easy to miss the driveway on first pass but easy after that. Only critique is small: the bathroom is connected to the bedroom with no door in between. It would be nice to have a closing door to separate those spaces, especially if people are staying on the pullout couch too Joe was very friendly and responsive. The internet was out for a few days which made it hard to do work, but Joe made a small reimbursement to compensate.
