Nice to stay for snorkeling. First they wanted to give me a room in a lower category than I had reserved which even was not prepared but after a short discussion I got a room in the right category. The recepionist was very supportive. Good breakfast buffet. Perfect place for snorkeling. The street to the hotel is a bit difficult to find, as well as the hotel itself because there's a different name written on the signs there.

Avoid at all cost. It’s cleaner on the beach with dogs. Hotel is run by all young boys. Manager asks to come to your room. Pool and rooms filthy, we had mice and cockroaches. No safety whatsoever. Rooms were filthy on arrival and not cleaned once during our 10 day stay. The beds have springs sticking out, caused several injuries, manager offered aftershave to clean the injuries. Filthy sheets and towels. Live wires everywhere. No covers on air con units, chairs painted and broke. Suffered several injuries while there. Paid for AI they don’t offer it not even water. No veggie food. 6 months later I’m still receiving hospital treatment. As I travel several times a year this is by far my worst Experience. I’m in the process of suing LOVE HOLIDAYS avoid booking with them no help from them at all.

We booked this hotel as "Front Line Heaven" but upon arrival its real name is Almarsa. Be careful with this, as it is hard top find due to fake name. On arrival we didn't have towels, after asking several times, 6 horas later, we got them. The water in the shower was not hot and had not pressure at all, on top the shower head was broken and the water was all around the bathroom. There was only one outlet and when we asked for an extension cord we got one but it was broken. We couldn't power the tv, fridge and our devices at the same time. The room was not properly finished, then you could see the light box. The painting was gone on many walls fue to humidity. There wasn't any hairdryer, even though they advertise It as one of the services you hace with the room. The breakfast was something else, almost everything was finished and when we ordered some bread we got something extremely hard. I guess the worst was the actitude of the receptionist once we reported all the problems, he looks like was not willing to help. Also we were not allowed to pay with credit card.

Location, hospitality, view on the sea, south beach

The property was extremely dirty. Lots of garbage and awfull smell. No decent breakfast. We had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Staff doesn't speak English. Fotos on Internet are misleading.
