We talked twice over the phone and it was confirmed that we could pay with the holiday card. Two weeks after we arrived on the booked date, we were nonchalantly informed that we could no longer pay with the holiday card, given that no one had notified us in advance. Even the "boss" offered us an extraordinary solution that we may not have thought of, namely if we have another card with which we can pay. Wow. We were offered absolutely no alternative, or a sign of reconciliation of the situation in which the pensioners were to blame. As a result, at 7 pm, after a one-day trip, we had to look for another accommodation. If you plan to book by phone, double down on everything you've discussed by email, or book through booking (if you don't want to pay with a holiday card).
