The propeety was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe walking back the 3 miles from a concert at fiddlers green
It is a very quiet basement apartment with everything you could possibly need. The Host Jacob was wonderful and very nice man. Will definitely use again next time i sray in Denver if available.

Nice and private
Very clean! They were very thoughtful hosts with shampoo, coffee, soaps - everything you need for a stay away from home. The backyard is lovely!

Very spacious two-bedroom with kitchenette. Walking distance from the Cherry Creek preserve and a whole bunch of prairie dogs. Host was very responsive.

Home away from Home
The area is very spacious and clean. There is plenty of room to cook meals and relax at the end of the day. Jacob provided more amenities than any other place I have ever stayed. It truly felt like home away from home. Going forward I will be booking this place when visiting Denver!!

Tremendous host
Solo mission for a short weekend stay. Jacob's place was tremendous. Really would be a great place for a more extended stay if you were on assignment at the DTC or even downtown. Undersold amenity of this property is that you a half block away from some tremendous outdoor space for running or hiking. Highly recommended.

Dever Pit Stop

Great Family! Very helpful.
The basement has wonderful entertainment and is very comfortable. Our only surprise was it doesn’t have a private entrance. You enter through the home which is occupied. Jacob (Owner) made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful with anything we forgot. Thank you!
