My stay at Extended Stay America has been no less than perfect. This is not like any other extended stay property I have stayed at in the Denver area. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only maintenance issue I had was an AC unit not quite working, and I was moved immediately into another room which was spotless, with all appliances and amenities working. The location is fabulous in the Denver Tech Center and you are a very short car or Uber ride away from many convenient stores like Target, Walmart, 711, and more. The property itself is clean, quiet, and safe. The neighborhood is gorgeous and awesome, with many nearby restaurants as well within walking distance. The price is absolutely unbeatable for the quality of the rooms and service. Other hotels in this price range/other ESA properties in the Denver metro I have had bad experiences with, which have had issues with dirty rooms, broken appliances, staffing issues with poor customer service, and noise/safety issues on the property or with other guests. This hotel has NONE of these problems and I’ve been staying here for over a week. It truly is incredibly to get such good value for Denver hotels this time of year. Speaking of customer service, I have to give MAJOR recognition to front desk staff Faith, Ilayana, Theresa, and then general manager Tonya. Their guest service skills are fantastic (as someone who has worked in customer service and restaurants/food service I recognize amazing staff and skills when I see it) and they have been a HUGE help and are friendly, prioritize guests first, and address any issues promptly and with graciousness. They are fantastic staff and huge props to them for making my stay awesome. I highly, highly recommend this property for its amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms with many amenities, safe & beautiful property/neighborhood, and the unbeatable value. You will not find another hotel better than this in this price range, I would even say the service and hotel has been better than higher star/range hotels.
