Ländliches Hotel mit gutem Restaurant
Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Bett war gut.
Einziges Manko waren fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten neben den Betten und fehlende Handtuchhalter/-haken im Bad beim Waschbecken.
Das Essen im Restaurant war gut.

Établissement situé dans la commune de Arc sur Tille non loin de la sortie d autoroute. Chambres spacieuses et impeccables , literie ok. Excellente restauration avec menus étape presque gastronomique. J ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement

Une nuit Aux Marronniers d'Arc
Nous avons réservé une nuit avec petit déjeuner. Nous étions invités à un mariage à proximité. La chambre, les sanitaires et la salle d'eau sont d'une très grande propreté. Stationnement facilité par le parking au niveau de l'hébergement. Nous n'avons pas pu couper un peu le cru de la pièce parce que nous n'avons pas su mettre un peu de chauffage et le déjeuner uniquement jusqu'à 9h c'était un peu rude en retour de noces... La chambre nécessiterait un peu de maintenance technique, les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas, la colonne de douche doit être refixée, etc... Mineurs pour une nuit comme la nôtre mais pour un hébergement plus long cela peut être important. Excellent accueil tant au téléphone que sur site et au petit déjeuner. Merci à ces personnes.

A stop off on a long drive
A comfortable basic hotel in a quiet area. The aircon was very welcome. A good evening meal that was reasonably priced. It was just off the motorway so very handy.

Adequate
OK hotel for an overnight, the room was simple, no fridge, and the breakfast small for the price paid. I expect a buffet not rationed croissants.

The most arrogant and rude personel/owner ever
We had ordered all-inclusive and when we got to the hotel we were treated rudely and downright meanly who said that they don't have all-inclusive and that breakfast wasn't even included. The incredibly arrogant treatment and the lack of understanding of what we paid for and expected and the non-existent spirit of service is the worst we have encountered. He was downright rude to us and made fun of us in front of other guests despite one of them trying to explain to him that it is the hotel's fault. Unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Si vous souhaitez réserver directement par téléphone ... Passez votre chemin. On vous répond "remplissez le formulaire" Et si on remplit le formulaire ... aucune suite ! Que reste-t'il ? les plateformes de réservation sans aucun contact ni échange ...business is business mais la relation client est très négligée ! Si vous souhaitez recevoir sur place un accueil agréable ... passez votre chemin ! Conditions d'hébergement données brutes: faut régler de suite, petit-déjeuner (13,50€ quand même) 7h30-9h00 (un dimanche !!) bien sûr non pris sur place pour dormir un peu plus atrd avec une soirée locale, libérez les chambres pour 10h00 ! Dommage que la relation clients soit si lamentable, car les chambres sont correctes, spacieuses, climatisées avec salle de bain et toilettes séparés. Nous réserverons ailleurs la prochaine fois !
