AluaSun Lago Park

Lovely little apartment perfect for my short stay. The apartment was clean and maintained to a high standard. The only area letting this hotel down is the pool. I found it to have rubbish between the loungers and there was a drain smell whenever someone used the facilities near the pool.

Very nice hotel and staff where friendly. Room was cleaned every day and around the complex was immaculate. Food was limited and small area to choose from but we enjoyed it. Pool was a good size if a little cold plus there is another pool across the road in the adjoining complex. We went to the water park and it was good, it's only a 5 minute walk. Great location and 10 minutes to the beach.

We stayed here as a family of 8 in May half term. We stayed in the main side with the bar and entertainment. The location is spot on, overlooking the marina. We had two one bed apartments and one 2 bed. Rooms were spacious, clean and bright. The cleaners came daily and changed our bedding and towels. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. The pool has a kids pools which was perfect for us. Drinks were tasty and well priced. We went self catering as the restaurants around the marina are incredible. We ate at the hotel for lunch one day and it was lovely. Staff were friendly. Entertainment was good and fun, we had entertainment all week. Kids entertainment was only week days this week and not weekends but if you pop 1 minute to the square they have a live singer every night and the children loved it. The grounds in the hotel are beautiful. We booked with Tui which meant we got free entry to the water park. It’s not huge but perfect size for us as you could keep an eye on everyone. Food and drinks were good, you have to pay €3.50 for sun beds but that was fine as you aren’t paying to get in and you would pay that at the beach. It has about 4 huge slides, a good younger children/toddler part, wave pool, jacuzzi pool and swimming pool. Ideal as we would pop up for half a day as and when. Location is everything here, you have shops, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors within a 30 second walk. Marina is right outside with the most beautiful restaurants and views. We ate out 7 nights and they were all fab and family friendly. Beach is about 10 minute walk and it’s stunning. Sun beds weren’t out yet but that was fine with us. We borrowed Parasols from the hotel for the children (kept in the luggage cupboard) or you can buy used ones at the market across the road for €5. The location is absolutely stunning and it felt very safe. Overall our stay as a family of 8 was amazing.

Excellent location, close to marina, bars and restaurants. Apartments clean and had everything we needed, housekeeping came in most days. Good night sleep. Close to a lovely beach. Bus stop around the corner with regular buses to Ciutadella, worth a visit.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment we requesters to be close which the staff did. The apartments were spacious offering outside areas a front room and good size bedrooms. They are clean and yes I agree they need a paint up, the bathrooms were very tired and had mould on the ceiling it does need a refurbish. Every day maids came in to clean & everything was clean with buns emptied etc. Staff at reception couldn’t be more helpful. The garden staff - wow didn’t stop maintaining the wonderful areas and cleaning baths etc very pretty. There was 2 pools a large one with entertainment, a bar, restaurant etc we went once it was large and clean. The second pool very quiet and no facilities (just how we like it) we made our own entertainment and took drinks from a local supermarket (3 minutes walk). Waterpark free in the package instead of 26 euros each, small but again great clean and no queues. A 10 minute walk to cala d Bosch beach - what a gem & a large supermarket behind for picnic food. The Marina filled with bars, restaurants & live music was 5 minutes walk away it was fab, we had all our evening meals out and were never disappointed. We took the 65 bus for just over 2 euros each to Cituedla the old capital for some culture, it took 25 minutes and was nicely air conditioned. We took a 76 year old do walking far was not an option and this hotel offered a central location to all we needed - thank you! ☺️

Family friendly hotel. Very clean and lovely pool. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Brilliant location close to the waterpark, beach and marina. The apartments are a bit basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the entertainment in the evening was very good.
