On arrival we were allocated to a room overlooking the pool and bar area which was a little noisy. The reception team offered alternative accommodation in an apartment block with a pool view which was quiet and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily with frequent linen and towel changes. All areas were clean and well maintained. The restaurant had busy times but an early breakfast and slightly later evening meal worked well. It is a family hotel so is busy - the covered outside area and side dining area were less noisy than the main dining area. The food menu varied from day to day. Occasionally there was limited choice as the evening progressed. Splash World was good fun with four water slides and children's facilities. There was a daytime activity programme and evening entertainment for all ages. The local area has many pretty rocky bays with bathing platforms within easy walking distance. A regular bus service to the old capital and a good local bike hire shop. We enjoyed our stay.

De retour de Varadero, Cuba après un séjour de 9 jours due au annulation Sunwing, a l’hôtel Los Delphines, ce fut un séjour formidable! Tout le staff de l’hôtel en étais formidable, femme de chambre, resto, animations ect.. Je me suis pas ennuyée la bas que du plaisirs. Le resto a la carte no:1 après y avoir manger 3 fois! Le buffet rien à dire, la soupes était tellement bonne , les jus était vraiment du jus et non du jus qui goûtait l’eau.. Les cafés espagnol le matin croyez moi que à tout les matins ont en avait s’en manquer de crème de Rhum.. loll Le vin à chaques repas midi ou souper,Liqueur Fanta, cola, sprite .. jamais manquer de rien ! J’ai et nous avons passer un séjour formidable. C’est assuré que à la fin Mars début Avril nos y serons une dizaines à y retourner. Pour notre part à nous tous merveilleuse endroit. La plage de toutes beauté, les chaises à volonté et maintenant on y retrouve des chaises assises et couchante sur la plage très confortable! Bien hâtes d’y retourner. Des très beaux moments passer à cette hôtel.

I booked this holiday as a last-minute getaway with my 7 year old. We spent four days here. I wasn't too sure what to expect after reading previous reviews, but we had such a fabulous time. The hotel is lovely, three pools and the waterpark opposite. The water was freezing though, we couldn't spend more than half an hour or so in there without being too cold, that we had to get out. All the staff were helpful and helped if we needed anything. The breakfast was nice, different eggs (scrambled, fried etc) and they have a decent selection. We always found something to eat at dinner (my son loved the pasta). It wasn't the best AI food I've ever had, but also not the worst. It was very reasonably priced to eat out, though, and there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the entertainment was good. The entertainment and kids club team were really enthusiastic, and my son loved them all! Menorca itself is an absolute gorgeous island. I was a bit apprehensive as it was the first time I had been abroad with him on my own, but we both felt really safe walking around the island and visiting different places by taxi and public transport. Menorca has definitely won our hearts, and we will visit again.

As everyone else we read the reviews about here and found both negative and positive experiences that i can both agree on. The hotel staff are great, some more than others but all go out their way to help you, especially the cleaning staff which work all day and night. Positives of the hotel - ✅ Very clean - rooms, reception, bar, pool. ✅ Good surrounding area full of local bars, restaurants and shops ✅ Rooms were good size ✅ Entertainment staff always working hard trying to get everyone involved ✅ Great local area, called Jimmy Hills, which is full of bars with a main stage in the middle where live musicals play. ✅Beautiful coves and beaches located very close ✅ Aquapark is a great addition to the hotel ✅ Great sized pools - although are absolutely freezing However we did find quite a few negatives, ❌ Food was always cold, and flies are sometimes all over however ✅ great food at the joint on attraction of the hotel, the aquapark, where food is made by order so was always warm and fresh. ❌ Beds were absolutely rock solid ❌ Not a lot of space to put clothes, there was a wardrobe but no draws or anything for essentials to place ❌ The drinks menu is actually quite poor for all inclusive, this is the first hotel where all drinks on the menu aren't included in all inclusive, there was only a small selection of drinks included in all inclusive and everything else you have to pay for. ❌Unfortunately, our room was right next to the main pipe, which we could hear all night, I understand this wont be the case for everyone but will if your rooms 307 ❌ Tourist tax was quite high compared to other holidays we have been on this year I would say the hotel is placed correctly at a 4 star, although there is many improvements that could easily be made. I would aim the holiday at families with younger children as they are very accommodating and aimed at this. We had a great time but unfortunately wouldn't go back.

Fantastic all inclusive holiday. The hotel is very clean and the bedroom is well kept. The air conditioning is not as powerful as in other hotels and it takes quite a while to cool the room. Be prepared to pay an extra tax for staying in Menorca (about €38 for 3 people), €10 cash only deposit for each beach towel (refunded at the end of your stay) and also extra money if you want to use the safe in the room (charged per day or for the week). The swimming pools were very clean and the water park across the road (which we had unlimited access to) is really good with a variety of pools and slides for children of all ages. All the all inclusive drinks and snacks are also available at the water park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andre at the reception suggested lots of beautiful beaches for us to go to around the hotel and further afield. He also mentioned local spots to watch the sunset and provided us with the bus itineraries and all relevant information. The hotel has a great variety of food and drinks. I do agree that the cocktails are not the best but the draft sangria and wine were ok. I wish there was a better variety of ice lollies and ice creams in the all inclusive for the kids (just strawberry, chocolate or vanilla ice cream was not a success with my teens). It was a lovely surprise to have a bottle of bubbly in the room as a gift for our second stay at Los Delfines and the beach bag was very useful for taking the towels to the water park.

We have just returned from two weeks at Los Delfines hotel. Having read some very negative reviews before we went, we were a little unsure what to expect, but we should not have worried. On arrival the reception staff were very efficient and friendly, as they were throughout our whole stay. In fact all the staff from the cleaners, all the way up to the hotel management could not be faulted for their service. Alba the TUI rep was very knowledgeable of the area and having never visited Menorca she was very helpful. This hotel is spotless with only very minor niggles in a few areas eg a couple of tiles missing in the main swimming pool but we would expect small things to be addressed over the winter and these really are minor issues coming to the end of the season. We were on half board and found the food to be much better than we expected. We could upgrade to all inclusive for 29 euros a day each or a drinks package for 10 euros each a day. We were more than happy with the half board option. There are only two bars here but only one open at any time. So in the day the pool bar opened and in the evening the lobby bar, this inevitably lead to people queuing for drinks because generally there was only one person serving, this was never a problem for us but some people moaned. The rooms are quite small, but fine for two people. Great to have tea/coffee facilities, and a small fridge, but no drawers but large wardrobe. Everything was spotless. Our only negative was the number of school age children who were given free run to behave in any way they chose without any parental guidance. This is not a criticism of the hotel but of mainly British parents. The hotel overall is excellent value, it’s in a great location, the staff are great, we would definitely return and would recommend you give it a go. Some people will always find faults but we went with an open mind and were pleasantly surprised.
