Very friendly and accommodating staff. They allowed us a couple extra hours at checkout, to work better with our travel schedule. At night with the windows open, there was a fair amount of noise from the city center, but you will have that with any hotel close to the center.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was run-down and incredibly noisy. We requested quiet rooms, but there was interior work being done until late evening and loud music from neighbouring bars and clubs until 4am. The windows in the room might as well not have existed. I think that it is particularly bad on a weekend (when we stayed). It seemed good value and it offered a decent breakfast but the friendliness of the staff could not make up for the poor experience.

Excelente atención de parte del personal del hotel. Muy cómodas las habitaciones. Delicioso desayuno buffett. Fuimos un grupo de amigos médicos y nos atendieron super bien. Agradezco particularmente a las señoritas de la recepción y a la gerente del hotel. Igualmente a Olga en el restaurante y una de ella cuyo nombre he olvidado siempre estuvo muy atenta con nosotros. Mención aparte a Diego quien nos ayudó con el equipaje el primer día. 100% recomendados. Antonio y Delia. Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷

Buena experiencia. La habitación era amplia, cama cómoda y el baño completo y limpio , Buena atención por parte de la recepción, muy amables las señoritas Ana Carla y Fernanda buen desayuno en general buena experiencia . Recomendado , buena relación calidad precio .

Al llegar fuimos recibidos por la gerente del hotel y no fue muy amable con nosotros. Por los demás trabajadores del hotel el trato fue cordial especialmente por la Sra que trabaja en comedor fue muy amable. Recepción necesita más coordinación a la atención de los huéspedes.

Es un hotel muy cercano de la Plaza de Armas. O sea tiene la localización perfecta. Es algo antiguo, sin embargo el desayuno es completo y el personal amable. Las habitaciones están parcialmente reformadas. Cama cómoda, aunque los baños necesitan una reforma urgente. El mío, aparte de la edad tenía la cisterna rota, y la ducha no funcionaba correctamente. La climatización tampoco era buena. Sin embargo el precio es tan bajo, y la localización tan buena que volvería sin pensarlo.
