Outdoor shower, poolhouse with fridge, patio, garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Arezzo" 4 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. 5-room house 115 m2 on 3 levels. Most of the stay was spent outdoors in a particularly beautiful garden, terraces and well-maintained swimming pool. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the summer in the shade.

Vi hade en underbar, avkopplande semester. Huset och trädgården med den stora poolen var fantastisk. Allt du behöver fanns i huset. Hyresvärdarna är mycket trevliga och diskreta. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Warm ontvangst, fijn contact met de familie (verhuurders). Huis wel wat onhandig ingedeeld, maar we hebben vooral gekozen voor de buitenruimte. Deze is prachtig en zeker als het lekker weer is.

A friendly landlord awaited us. Although he only spoke Italian to a large extent, his empathetic nature enabled him to warmly welcome us. We got good restaurant recommendations and excursion tips. This, alternating with nice breakfasts in the garden pavil

Super swimming pool, beautiful garden, functional house, with unfortunately far too many decorations and trinkets. Too cool when we arrived, given the rainy and cold weather. Too bad also for the dogs who woke us up at night by their barking. Excellent co
