In principe prachtig gelegen, direct aan de zee. Waanzinnig uitzicht vanuit je kamer. Extreem veelzijdig aanbod bij het ontbijtbuffet en kwalitatief meer dan prima. ‘s Avonds is het prima dineren in het restaurant (wel prijzig). En het hotel ligt idd weg van de toeristische drukte van Agassi. Kleinschalig met vriendelijk personeel. Echter, het ligt te dicht op de weg en het verkeer rijdt min of meer langs de muur van je hotelkamer. Wij hadden 311 en ervoeren geluidsoverlast. NB op heel Sagassi start het seizoen pas op 1 mei. Als je voordien komt is nog heel, heel veel dicht

Communication from Effie before we arrived, and throughout our holiday was superb, thank you so much, lovely to meet you. Hotel is lovely, nice size, great rooms and great location. Access directly into the sea for swimming and a lovely poor / Bar area. Maid service every day, towels & linen all to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent, buffet service but fresh eggs (various ways) and fresh coffee available also. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel, very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. Highly highly recommended.

This is a super special hotel. We’ve been 3 times in the past 12 months and the experience is consistently excellent. Having worked in hospitality I am pretty picky but the hotel is in beautiful condition, the rooms and facilities are fantastic and the staff are absolutely amazing. The refurbishment has been done to a really high standard and it is a luxe stay. From reception you can see the pool and the sea, it’s a really breathtaking location. It’s a super social space and worked great for when we went with a big group of friends and as a family. The bar is poolside so you can have a drink while watching the kids play. There is a little playground next to the very well regarded restaurant. The sea is unreal and brilliant for children as it stays shallow and calm for a long way out. You can snorkel around the rocks. Just take some sea shoes as a few metres of rock before you hit the golden sand. We have stayed in a ground floor room with jacuzzi which has worked great for us, especially with little kids who want to warm up from the pool. A massive thank you to all the staff for making every stay truly special, you are an amazing bunch. We hope to see you again soon.

Just back from windmill bay for about the 6th time. The hotel has changed alot since we first went. Do not take any notice or the pics on trip advisor the management haven't updated them,the hotel now has no resemblance. Why only only 3 stars. The hotel as usual is stunning. The location unbe lievable. The staff amazing. It comes down to the cost we paid 2.5K for b&b for 2 for 7 nighrs in a double ro om which are the old rooms divided into two. The breakfast can only be described as basic. We looked at coming back nxt year in June 2025. We looked at a suite sleeps 4 so we could bring are son. As a package for 14 nights with uk flights we were quoted 6.5 k stealing. Windmill bay is lovely but I am afraid it is now to expensive for us . We are so sad

Stayed here during a holiday with my wife and in-laws. The hotel is very well maintained, and located straight alongside the sea. It is a half crescent moon shape and this design ensures everyone has a view of the pool and sea. The employees are gernerally friendly and helpfull. The bloke doing the cocktails in the afternoon did them perfectly and with great enthusiasm! The pool is nice and clean. And there is something of a kids pool next to it. Theres plenty of sunbeds although even during the late season there were multiple people scared of not being directly near the pool and so there were still people having contests of being the first there to reserve a bed and then dissappearing for hours. This isn’t allowed according to the hotel rules but employees didnt do anything about it which is a shame. Its a sad practice so it should be blocked. The rooms get cleaned well and on time and the cleaning lady is very friendly and polite knocking before entering. There is however an issue with the plumbing of the toilets it seems. A few times a day the rooms smells of sewage originating from the toilets. Which was weird especially considering they were clean… My advice to the hotel is have someone check this out maybe its a simple issue. The AC is included and works very well. The rooms are insulated well so the cold remains in the room and its pretty soundproof (not completely ;) ) There is an fridge in the room that works very well. I like my drinks ice cold and this fridge can freeze everything inside when srt to the max (had to turn it back down haha) Overall its a very good hotel and is definitely worth consideration when booking a holiday. Would definitely return again in the future.
