Very friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Unfortunately there was no room at the hotel restaurant but she gave us the advice to go to Tribeca bistro which could have better service but has great food. The next day she advices us to visit Col de la Forclaz instead of Annecy because it was very busy with the fête de Lac. Another great advice. The hotel is a bit vintage but very charming in a quiet neighborhood.

L'accueil s'est bien déroulé, le personnel est agréable et rendant service. Le buffet petit déjeuner est bien fourni et régulièrement réapprovisionné. Les produits sont variés, frais et locaux. La chambre est correcte, la literie est confortable (manque peut être un mini frigo pour être complète). Les repas au restaurant sont délicieux mais nous aurions aimé bénéficier du menu du jour ou d'un changement de carte pour plus de possibilité de choix. L'hôtel est bien situé (l'église toute proche n'est pas dérangeante), parking gratuit juste en face, accès facile à la ville d'Annecy ou autres sites aux environs. Le wi-fi public de l'hôtel fonctionne très bien. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement.

A very nice family run hotel Good breakfast (self service) We ate excellent food in the restaurant on two nights, service was friendly, but needs to speed up a little. Rooms are good, although attention needs to be paid to the broken shower rail and the broken toilet seat in the room we stayed in. We did report it to the owner. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and its time really that the bathroom was refurbished. We took the bus which stops outside the hotel into Annecy, rather than try and park the car on a busy bank holiday weekend. The bus runs every half an hour, No 14. Then change to the No 2 at Colombiere. All quite easy as stops are next to one another and very little wait. On the whole a very nice visit.

un hôtel tout neuf, simple mais de très bonne qualité. Emplacement pratique pour profiter d’Annecy à 10 mn et des stations de ski à 30 mn

A refaire
Logis très bien situé, au calme, proche d'Annecy . Notre séjour était court mais nous avons pu faire le tour du lac, en partie en voiture, en partie à pied dans les endroits incontournables.
