Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

I would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday. The hotel is about a 25min transfer from the airport. It's well laid out with the main building and then separate blocks a short walk away. The rooms are a really generous size even with 2 kids we had plenty of room. The staff are so attentive and kind they really make the experience. All the staff paid our children lots of attention and took time to learn their names and greet them. The food for all inclusive is very good, lots of choices and they do well to change what's on offer most days. The drink offerings were very generous. We had 2 Al la carte meals included too. We did have an issue with a bit of a noisy room due to the evening entertainment. The manager moved us to a new room which was an upgrade and also gave us complimentary late checkout which was very kind. The pool areas are lovely and very clean. I would recommend the area in the olive trees for natural shade and a bit quieter than by the pool. The kids club was well run and it's nice that the children can join in whenever they like as it's by the water slides. Thanks for a great holiday

Just back from a brilliant holiday at the Atlantica Ellen Grand Resort. The food was excellent- so much to choose from and it was all delicious. The waiters are all very friendly and accommodating. It was a struggle to sit together as a family of 10 which was the only downside. The entertainment team were fab- Aya, emma and Marion were so good with our 4 and 7 year old. The hotel was spotless and has amazing views looking out at sea. Overall a lovely hotel - we would definitely return

Words cannot describe the fantastic 10 night holiday experience we have just received at the Eleon Grand Resort. The standard of service from ALL hotel staff is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they go about their work with such a professional, conscious, personable and caring attitude. We have stayed here on numerous occasions over time as a couple and with our son. The hotel is spotless, the housekeeping is carried out daily with refresh towels if you require them. The food is very good with so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner (there is a different theme every evening). You wait to be seated at the restaurant entrance and are shown to a table of your choice (inside or out) and drinks are served to you. The pools are lovely and clean, and drinks are served to you through out the day. We particularly like to go in May as the weather is just the right temperature and the hotel isn’t too busy. A specific mention to the Hotel Manager, Mr Apostolos Ioannides, for his exceptional hospitality, Michalis the Restaurant Manager and Dalma for the restaurant quality, along with Bianca, Andreas, Francesca and Nico, who served us in the restaurant, Julie and Viktoria, for the drinks pool service and Dionisis the Bar Manager and to Joe the waitress in the bar at night.
