Guests who violate may be charged additional fees or asked to leave without refund. 🚭 Smoking & Substances No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside or outside the property. • $500 fine if discovered. 🎉 Events & Noise No parties or large gatherings. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Please respect our neighbors. 👥 Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed overnight. • Additional guests must be approved in advance. • Unauthorized overnight stays: $200 penalty per person, per night. 🐾 Pets Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved before booking. • Unauthorized pets: $300 fine per pet, per night + extra cleaning fee. 📦 Deliveries We do not accept package/mail deliveries. Please use Amazon lockers, FedEx/UPS locations, or deliver directly to the door during your stay. 🧹 Cleanliness & Damage Please keep the home tidy and treat it with respect. • Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. • Missing/damaged items may incur replacement fees. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM • Late check-out must be approved in advance. • Unauthorized late check-out: $100 per hour.
