Quick visit , super easy check in and out right by food and gas station.
The room has a bad smell and I will never stay there again

The first room we were given had no air conditioning, the tables looked like they had been wrapped in duck tape at one point-there was residue all over each table and the stand for the microwave, paint drippings everywhere,
A cigarette burn on the comforter even though it was a smoke free room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room however the sink faucet was not secured to the counter, an outlet was not attached which we needed for plugging in things and the toilet ran continuously. The maid will come in while your out so make sure you utilize the door sign. I prefer to call for service when I need it and was not aware they would do this.

We are under new management and currently undergoing renovations to fix problems that you described. We do provide Do Not Disturb signs to all our guest who want privacy, as our housekeeping staff does service rooms daily. I have spoken with our maintenance team to fix the faucet and outlets. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or day and not looking for anything spectacular this ain’t bad for the money. A couple hiccups when I first got there but they got me hooked up.

The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The room smelled like smoke even though it said it was nonsmoking.

We did not stay in your hotel. I checked in at the front desk at 3 so we could get our reserved room. Needed ADA on 1 floor. Did not go to room at that time. Had to get back to a meeting. After events went to our room at about 8:30 and it was not excitable. Had no hand rails or bath except able. And the large Tv would not come on. (Husband in wheelchair)
Called front desk and asked how to turn on the tv and she informed me it was broken. Desk clerk on duty now said that 1st clerk should have told us that. I asked it we could get a discount on room price and they said that they could not do anything because I checked in at front desk at 3:00 and just now reporting. They could move us to another room available on 2nd floor.
We left and had to drive home after an exhausting day. Was very disappointed.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but received a room with 2 full beds. Check in was easy and the rooms are being updated.

Refund demand
We walked in and walked out. It was dirty and gross and we felt unsafe. Several rooms were closed by the Texas Department of Health.

Not recommended
Not so good experience, I understand this is not a 5 star Hotel but needs to improve. The room stinks so bad, towels has hairs, bed is uncomfortable and blankets has cigarettes holes on it. At the time I stayed in it the room next to me was clausured for higine reasons by the city of grand prairie.

Inadequate not-super 8
There were no towels. No washcloths. A coffee pot but no coffee, tea or cups in the room. A gap under the door to the outdoors. The front desk gave us two shabby, worn, thin towels but no coffee for the pot.

The motel is under ownership's management and we're renovating all rooms, cleaning up the hotel after previous management company ran the hotel down. We are working hard to improve our guest experience with adding a marketplace, upgraded lobby, renovating all rooms and providing a great experience with patio, bbq grill and we are upgrading all amentities to bring the hotel back to how ownership had taken care of their hotel before. We are deeply sorry for the experience and we hope you will come visit us again to see the overhaul we did to bring the hotel back to how it was before Oct 2021. We take hospitality very seriously and our guests experience is most improtant to us. Thank you and hope to show you a great experience next time you visit Arlington, TX.
