At first glance, the inn offers everything you need. Beautiful view, great service. But the master suite needs maintenance. The bathroom has very old metals, taps from the 90s, a shower that needs to be changed, no hygienic shower. The towels also do not match the daily price. The air conditioning does not cool perfectly. It just refreshes the room. Some cracks in the walls. No socket at bedside table level. Details that make the difference. Good service and helpful staff.

The hotel labels itself as “dog friendly”, however there is nothing friendly about it. Swimming pool and water mirror are also not allowed *if this occurs due to an incident, a fee of R$ 80.00 for cleaning will be charged. I do think that there should be organization and rules for the well-being of guests and also animals, but I It sounds absurd to be charged so much, for the animal to be so restricted. Apart from this major inconvenience, the staff was very kind in providing cold water. But I believe that there is a great purpose in avoiding animals on the property when so many absurd rules and charges are imposed for their stay. A pousada é longe do agito do centro de Búzios, mas conta com um excelente restaurante e um quarto confortável com um chuveiro maravilhoso. Perfeita para quem quer relaxar à beira mar. O atendimento dos funcionários faz o hóspede se sentir em casa quando é atendido com toda a simpatia do João no Restaurante Mero, e encontra uma limpeza do quarto impecável, no nosso caso, feita pela Babi. Recomendo.

Abbiamo preso una stanza direttamente sul giardino decisamente accogliente, grande, curata. Ogni particolare dell' arredamento è di buon gusto. Ottima pulizia. Ambiente decisamente top. Consigliato. Unica pecca: se amate (come me) il pao de queijo non lo troverete all' apertura del salone della colazione (ore 8:00) ma dovrete nervosamente attendere (chissà perché?!?) fino alle 8;45 nonostante lo chiediate il giorno prima! Evidentemente il personale ha altro da fare ed ignora le richieste (accorate) della (scarsa) clientela.

Superou minhas expectativas... Escolhemos a Rasa para fugir do agito de Búzios do verão e não podíamos ter feito melhor escolha. Tem estacionamento. A praia é vazia, mais quentinha que as demais da cidade. Sobre o hotel: - funcionários super bem educados, bem treinados, todos... - quarto (ficamos num quarto que precisava atravessar a rua). Quarto espaçoso, cheiroso, chegamos com bilhete de boas vindas e pedacinhos de brownie. No quarto tinha um espaço aberto com cadeira e rede. Cama maravilhosa, travesseiros maravilhosos. - nessa parte do hotel, que precisa atravessar a rua, também tem uma piscina, sauna, várias redes para deitar, uma delícia. - o restaurante é muito bom, preços bem razoáveis, comida muito boa. Atendimento impecável - café da manhã... dá vontade de tomar café duas vezes... o waffle de pão de queijo quentinho é uma delícia. O pão de queijo deles também é muito bom. - área de piscina e praia são ótimas - o hotel se preocupa em ser ecologicamente correto. Voltaria muitas vezes. Vale cada centavo pago... O melhor hotel que já fiquei em Búzios, em todos os sentidos.
