Hotel Goa Continental

I had been here with my friends for a weekend holiday in the of month july 2018. We stay for 3 nights and enjoyed a lot. The resort is nicely located in the quite neighborhood. Beach is just nearby. Property was Well maintained. Rooms are good and Rates are average . The room was very large with almost all the utilities. Bathroom was clean and nice.The food quality is good but service very bad just for lemon & ice they would say its chargeable .Staff need to well train properly , very rude .

A fantastic hotel worth every penny spent. The property is newly renovated and very well maintained. The staff is courteous. Specially the front office team, special thanks to Mr Sailesh. He was very helpful from start till the end of the trip. Rooms are large enough with sizeable balconies. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast spread is awesome. Food is delicious. Overall a superb place at Arpora with the beach and some famous local restaurants just a bit away. Place for parking etc is not a problem at all. Thank you for providing us delayed checkout option and all the help during trip. You guys 'rock, waiting to come back for more..!!

I had visited this hotel 24th to 29th dec with famaily. Very very rude and unprofesional staff manegment and also ower. Hotel is also in very bad condition and needs improvment. In breakfast very less option and also not up to the mark. No parking available. Room service is worst. No napking in room. Toilet seat is broken. In total 5 days they are not given free daily woter bottle. Side table is also with support i will fall down any time. Please think before choose this hotel. Dont see only cost cos of cheap. It would be one of the worst hotel in Goa. Not maintained at all. Pathetic is not the word to describe the experience. I had booked 2 suite rooms for 4 adults and 1 infant which were in very bad condition. The room was smelly. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and yellowish. I had called up the hotel a day before check in but still the rooms were not ready inspite of me checking into the hotel at 5pm. They made us change the room as the Television and Flush in the toilet was not working in one of the suite rooms. The second suite room had bathroom chocked up and left with no other option to change and had to accommodate in the same. The air conditioning was not working properly. You will be shocked after seeing the pictures of the room. The booking given to me by 1 of the best websites currently was with dinner and breakfast included however upon check in was been informed that the restaurant was not functional. At dinner time the manger informed that the food will be ordered from outside through parcel and provided in room and the options were 1 item in Vegetable, Roti if needed, 1 bowl of Dal, 1 plate of rice and 2 Gulab Jamun for each room which I had to take as no other option and when the food arrived the cherry on the cake was the manager forgot to order the rice and when asked he told us that it will take another half an hour to 45 mins for the rice to arrive. For the morning breakfast you get only bread omlette, bread toast with butter and jam and 1 bowl of poha for each room. There was no point in complaining or arguing with the manager for not providing buffet dinner or breakfast as he would have redirected to contact the website through which the booking was made. For the amount of money spend it is totally worthless and waste. Horrible experience for a huge amount of money.

Very Nice Hotel, Neat and Clean, Safe & on road, Good Staff As well as Manager who is UnderStand the Value of Customers Walking Distance to Club Cabana and Saturday Night Market which is Must to see in Goa, All beaches are nearby and Our tour was awesome.....

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to explore goa at your own pace. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The amenities provided were top-notch, and i felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
