In the district of Kummersdorf, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Arrach, on a slope, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the lake, 9 km from the skiing area. For shared use: volleyball, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the complex: table tennis (extra). Central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Großmühle Abzw. Hohenwarth" 650 m, railway station "Hohenwarth" 1.5 km, grass beach "Seepark Arrach" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, thermal baths 10 km, bathing lake "Seepark Arrach" 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, tennis 6 km, riding stable 800 m, chair lift 9 km, skisport facilities 9 km, slopes 9 km, ski rental 11 km, ski school 9 km, cross country ski track 11 km. Nearby attractions: Bayerwald-Tierpark Lohberg 15 km, Spielbank Bad Kötzting, Fun-Park Neukirchen, Tiergarten Straubing, Pullman-City. Open kitchen 9 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, garden 250 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), sitting area. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Lake 150m away.

We were 10 days in the holiday village. The apartment had everything you need and everything was clean. More plates and cutlery would be useful, so I don't always have to do the dishes or turn on the dishwasher for a few things. Otherwise we liked it, we
