La Concha Boutique Apartments - Adults Only

We had a wonderful stay at La Concha in May 2025. Our two bedroom apartment was beautiful, with a sea view and gorgeous relaxing decor. The apartment and complex are spotlessly clean and the team looked after us very well for our whole week. This spot is perfect for a quiet peaceful getaway. The shopping centre with supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and there are a selection of bars/restaurants along the promenade and in the town within 15-20 minute walk. (Shout out to La SEDe wine bar which was our fave!) Regular bus service from the main road to go to Arrecife or the resort towns. Thank you for our stay.

We have just spent 2 weeks in these lovely apartments. Peaceful, relaxing & super efficient staff. Lovely strolls along the sea front with over a dozen restaurants/cafes to choose from. Supermarket approx 10 min walk away. Stocks everything. Able to purchase water from reception at apartment which saves carrying. Apartment stocked with all we needed. Cleaned daily. A totally chilled vibe. Beautiful!!

Sat on our terrace in the sunshine writing this review. Leaving tomorrow. Fantastic apartments , everything you need , to a very high standard, cleaned daily . Staff are all lovely & friendly. Hot tub is a bonus we used it every day. Birthday banner , balloons and wine were a lovely surprise. The area & complex including the pool area are quiet, just how we like it . Supermarket a 10 minute stroll away. Lots of restaurants if you turn right onto the beach side of apartments, don’t turn left there aren’t any for miles! Would definitely return. It’s bliss

If you want a private, quiet holiday experience, you can not go wrong with La Concha apartments. We arrived quite late so reception was closed. An email with access codes was sent to make for a seamless entry to the property. Nestled on a quiet residential street, we fell in love as soon as we walked through the gate. When opening the door to our Beach Front unit, the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. Not only is the apartment beautifully decorated, but spacious and homely. The outdoor terrace, with its own private jacuzzi and sun beds, looks out over the small beach area, which is clearly a spot for locals as it is extremely quiet. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away along with some nice restaurants and bars. The only thing to bear in mind is that the kitchen, whilst it has pretty much everything you need, it doesn't have an oven. For us, it was no issue as we had nice meals without this facility, but it's worth noting. We are already looking at booking to come back!

Late arrival meant a message with passkey code and directions to the apartment. We walked through the gate into the apartment and it was a WOW! Beautiful furnishings bedding etc and everything you needed was available even toiletries. Spotlessly clean and smelled lovely and fresh. Coffee tea water and bottle of wine was an added bonus. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and although the weather wasn’t good we swam in the pool and the sea . Short walk to some great restaurants and supermarkets. We really hope to return as this was one of the best places we have stayed in.

These were the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and with beautiful decor. We used the hot tub everyday and it was perfect after long walks up and down the coast. Paula on reception was super helpful and friendly. As other reviewers have said before, we only wish we had known about these amazing apartments sooner.
