Il residence è immerso in uno splendido giardino con piscina, jacuzzi e un ottimo ristorante dove godere di colazioni gustose e cene rilassanti sotto un bellissimo patio. Gli appartamenti, seppur non nuovissimi, sono dotati di ogni comfort: terrazzo, aria condizionata, cassaforte, tv, frigo e alcuni hanno la cucina. Sorge nel cuore della Costa Smeralda vicinissimo a magnifiche spiagge raggiungibili anche a piedi. Il personale è stato accogliente, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad accontentare le nostre esigenze. Pulizia e servizi ottimi. Fortemente consigliato per una super vacanza in famiglia!

I booked a triple room online after carefully checking the photos — I liked how the room looked and that’s why I chose to pay for it. But when I arrived for check-in, I was shocked to be given a completely different room, much smaller and with no ceiling lights — the only source of light was a tiny nightstand lamp! The night receptionist was by far the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. He had no idea about the hotel, couldn’t give any clear answer to anything, and we had to struggle through communication using Google Translate. He spoke only Italian, not even basic English — how can you work at a hotel and not speak a word of English? That wasn’t even the worst part. I asked for an iron — a basic thing in any hotel — and I had to beg for it for three days. Every time, they said it was in another room or that they couldn’t find it. On the third day, I went down to reception frustrated, only to be told, “Sorry, the iron was stolen.” Seriously? Breakfast was absolutely terrible — a few cold cuts, bread, butter, and an omelet that tasted like it came from a hospital tray. And don’t even get me started on cleanliness: we stayed 5 days, and they changed the sheets only once, on the fourth day. There was dust and dirt everywhere. How can they claim this is a 4-star hotel? I also spoke to the hotel manager in person, and she was incredibly unprofessional — sitting with legs crossed, completely indifferent, speaking rudely and even raising her voice. Not a trace of professionalism or respect. Honestly, this hotel is a reflection of terrible management, and that’s likely why everything else is falling apart. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is a tourist trap and will ruin your trip. It’s an absolutely pathetic hotel that should be avoided at all costs.

If not for this interaction.. Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect.

Super ferie Virkelig en skøn uges ferie. God plads på værelset med balkon og køleskab. Vi var 3 pers. Dejlig pool og mange strande tæt på. En dag lejede vi en båd få minutters gang derfra. Mange nærliggende restauranter og supermarked få km væk. Bil nødvendig. Sødt og imødekommende personale. Vi kommer tilbage.

I prezzi "incredibilmente bassi" sono dovuti allo stato dell'immobile, elegante e caratteristico ma trascurato da anni. Giardino bello e curato. Posizione nei pressi delle più famose spiagge della Sardegna , ma defilato per cui è necessario avere l'auto. Ristorante buono.S Staff preparato e gentile. Pulizia ottima La struttura e i servizi poggiano interamente sulle spalle della direttrice Sig.ora Claudia sempre presente e disponibile .

Location pazzesca! Vicino alle più belle spiagge della Sardegna. La struttura offre tutte le comodità per una vacanza all'insega del relax e del divertimento. Personale cordiale. L'Hotel è anche dotato di piscina e zona benessere. Tornerò presto.
