Perfect location in central Ascoli. A party of 26 (13 couples) and all agreed that resort rooms were excellent, the staff polite and always ready to help. The price of the rooms was very competetive. Our booking was made some months in advance and there were a number of changes before the visit dates and the manager Valerio always made sure we had the best mix of rooms for our large party. Would defimately stay again if I visit Ascoli.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this beautiful town. The hotel was very central, we were provided a map on arrival and given clear parking instructions. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but adequate in a lovely light room. Staff all helpful and polite.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in the old city center, excellent breakfast in a nice terrace. Great for visiting and pass holidays. I'll come back!

Great stay. Comfortable well sized room, friendly and helpful staff, super massages. Very central, close to main square and restaurants / bars. Highly recommended for an intimate weekend getaway. Make sure you book the spa facilities in advance.

Can’t agree with the 5 star I think it only has 5 stars for the spa First the 15€ parking that then you won’t be able to get you car after 9pm or at 6 am in the morning as there is no one in the hotel not very convienete Room didn’t have a mini bar or even a coffee machine There is no option for any coffee or breakfast before 7:00. After paying for included breakfast they could only do a 5€ divided by 2 people discount to help with this problem( I don’t think the breakfast is 2.50€) as they couldn’t give us an early time for breakfast (not very 5 star) Staff not that friendly we didn’t feel welcome And the shower was cold after 10:00pm in two of our rooms Not one to write a review but honestly if your looking for somewhere to stay i think you should keep looking

Horrible
Parking nightmare. Hotel advertises valet but it’s not available despite my rental of 2 suites. No cooking utensils, plates or pots in 2 rooms with kitchens. How do we use the kitchen?? Dirty sheets for my daughter on check in. Finally we had a family emergency and had to leave early and they told me at check out “if you would have booked direct we could have refunded you.” Not kind, nice or helpful at all. If you don’t want people to book through 3rd parties, then don’t sell through 3rd parties. You’re much better to book the place next door.

Overall the hotel was fine because of proximity to city centre, however for the price point, it lacked several items such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, and hand towels. We also requested a room with a kitchenette, but was not given a room with a kitchenette. The breakfast was standard Italian sugar foods with limited fruits and selections of fresh items.

The accommodations were great. Very clean and comfortable. It only needed a light above the sink in the bathroom so I could see well when I shaved. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the ones with whom I had contact; Francesca, Lorenzo, Lorenzino, and the lady at the breakfast buffet, whose name escapes me now.
