La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Asheville Downtown

Hotel was okay. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was clean and maid service was nice. 2 days with a stiff neck from awful pillows left me very sore and unrested.

Customer service is very good and the hotel is very clean.

While the property was clean and safe, each day brought a new inconvenience that management was either unable or unwilling to address. From a lack of towels and soap in the room to cold water that never got colder than lukewarm to a toilet that smelled faintly of sewage to a nonworking computer in the business center, our stay was marred by management's refusal to do anything about the problem or even explain why they couldn't help. There are several other hotels nearby and I'll be choosing one of those next time I'm in the area.
