Good, comfortable, great night’s sleep. Very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good, the waitress was exceptionally efficient and friendly. The hotel is 20 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and is a great place to stop over for an early start.

We had two rooms and both were perfect! Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everyone had a great night’s sleep. Reception really friendly and helpful and wished me happy Mother’s Day which felt really thoughtful. Plenty of space in the car park and town a short drive away. Great value for money! We also loved the little tuxedo cat that seemed to think he owned the place :)

The staff are very friendly, the bed is amazing and the rooms clean. Was a great stay and will definitely be back. The food next door was also fast, tasty and efficient. Nice hot showers, attentive staff, friendly management, thank you to the whole team

We have been staying at Ashford North for over 25 years, since our children were small. The rooms are always clean, pillows fluffy, tea, coffee etc. Curtains keep out the light so you can enjoy some extra hours sleep. Staff wonderful and always on hand if you have a question to ask. Everything you'd want from a weekend - a full week away in the beautiful Kent countryside.

There’s a saying that you always know what to expect when you stay at a Premier Inn. It’s generally true, but I felt on this visit that the facilities were sub-par. The room seemed clean but very tired. It had obviously experienced a hard life. Rather sad curtains that didn’t quite close. Heating that couldn’t be adjusted. Old carpet and furnishings. The bathroom was tired and the colours rather grim and old. Sad to find a bath rather than a walk in shower. And the corridor outside was noisy. On the plus side, I found the bed very comfy. The staff were lovely, very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. And the resident cat was just gorgeous!

Reasonably OK. Friendly staff and hotel cat, handy location on the A20, usual decent Beefeater food, plenty of car parking, strong shower. But unpleasant musty smell in the bedroom, shower over the bath rather than a step in, no USB or shaver sockets, hared to get the heating up/down or off. Mrs T slept badly due to some corridor noise and the temperature. Overall could do with updating but serves a purpose.

We've been using premier Inns for years and although the basic accomodation is good enough we've noticed a general decline in the fabric of the buildings and rooms. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which was understaffed but the two waitresses did a sterling job juggling the orders and serving food. What really spoiled the stay was the shower not working in our room. It's difficult to call for help when you've just stripped off ready to shower. We decided after this stay that we probably wouldn't use Premier Inn again.

We stayed here whilst visiting family comfortable bed, friendly staff and great breakfast. Loved you could restock your own tea and coffee station. Plenty of free parking and accessible yo ashford not far to drive. Thank you for a great stay we will be back.

A lovely 'home from home' Premier Inn. The staff are always friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are warm in winter and with the fans provided not too hot in the summer. Very good showers and pump soaps provided these days too. Good room sizes and facilities.
