Welcome to the Walnut Beach Inn! This centrally-located, updated Victorian is just steps away from the entrance to Walnut Beach which is located about a block away. Great for families with kids, this 4 bed/2 bath retreat is within walking distance to the beach and the historic Ashtabula Harbor District. We also have a large freezer chest for fishermen!The Walnut Beach Inn provides ample space for up to 11 guests. One main floor bedroom with a queen size bed and a main floor full bathroom with stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the last bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed.Outside you will find a newly installed stamped concrete patio great for gathering with your whole group and a fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and Walnut Beach right from the patio!!There is not beach access from the backyard. The entrance to Walnut Beach is about a block away. You can walk to Walnut Beach from the house by going down the sidewalk toward the entrance. There is a large public parking lot that is located closer to the beach so it would be much easier to drive and park there if you are taking a lot of things with you to the beach. At the bottom of the hill behind the house, there is a drinking water treatment facility that does not obstruct the view of the lake. The lot is not far, a 30 second walk if that. During events like the Beach Glass Festival or Wine and Walleye, the lots may be closed, making parking a bit challenging. However, it's not impossible as there are alternative lots available during these times.For a smoother experience, we recommend checking in around 3 o'clock when the street tends to be quieter. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that your stay will be worth it!Please note that our apartment unfortunately does not offer handicapped accessibility. Additionally, there are two flights of stairs that guests will need to ascend to reach the apartment.
