Its a boutique property with 14 rooms. Its expensive & prefers giving complete property to groups. The Rooms, food, Service & Staff are amazing. Many good restaurants adjoining like Neighbors, Jamun. Very clean & worth staying. Little far from beach & market place. Car or bike can be hired.

Best place to go with family, the place is really nice tranquility is the best policy of this place. I would suggest this place for couples and family outings. The best peaceful place I have ever been to. Best in the best location for sunsets and sunrise.

The trip was fantastic, my team loved the stay, the arrangements, the staff were really hospitable and lovely. Maravilha is definitely going to be our stay whenever in Goa. The Villa is really well maintained.

A beautiful and peaceful place. The villa is very well kept and equipped with all amenities. It is ideally located, close to most of the places and very close to beautiful boutique for cotton lovers. Would love to return again for a vacation. The team is professional and exceptionally helpful. They responded to every request very promptly. Their pancakes for breakfast were amazing.

So we had planned a Goa trip on Holi vacations for three nights and we were 4 couples with 6 kids and 5 helps. We were confused between W hotel and Grand Hyatt, where we had stayed earlier on multiple occassions but then some agent suggested that we can look for this maravilha and we went by his suggestion and booked for three nights but it was the worst decision to stay in such a pathetic property with poorest of services. We vacated after first night only and went on to stay at Grand Hyatt for rest of the nights. To start with, there was no water to drink, no one to cater to our basic needs. We had ordered for breakfast in the night only for next morning but to our surprise, they said that there was some miscommunication and there is no breakfast. With so many kids with us, we had no option other than to order from swiggy on vacation. These people will tell you that they have so many cuisines to order from, but that is a scam. They dont even serve you water or milk or coffee and for everything they will tell you, you can order from some nearby restaurant. Pool was full of mosquitoes and not maintained at all. Staff was very lethargic and untrained Tip: Do not stay in this property and make a fool of yourself. Stayed with family and friends for a celebration, was awesome, luved it ,very comfortable, neat and clean rooms ,the food was very gd ,highly recommended ,worth staying, great location, the owner is a very nice and amiable person,it's located in Assagao ,a very nice and culturally rich area of North Goa
