"A modern hotel that is well looked after. It is close to attractions such as the Peace Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's about 500m walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. Be aware it's a walk-up, five floors only. Would stay again as it's excellent value for money."

It’s the second floor facing the street that will be noisy at night.
There are often weddings in the party hall next to it.
Asking for a room change, the hotel has always said that there is no room
Recommended to choose high-level

One afternoon, there was a power outage for several hours without reason.

"A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day."

"Business trip for a week. The room was standard. The hotel itself is not big, the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Staff excellent. Breakfast is modest, uniform, but quite satisfactory. In the room is a coule, slippers, safe, air conditioner. Couler on the floor. The cleaning was - once every three days. The main minus is sound isolation, the walls are ”cartoned,” almost everything is heard in the next room. If you want privacy, it is probably better to speak whispered. If you're lucky with your neighbors, you can rest and sleep normally. In the rest of the good Hotel, close to the airport, to the main sights of minutes 25-30 on foot. Not far shops, cafes, bus stops."

The beds were cozy, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light, giving the room a bright and airy atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop bar and wellness center, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Hilton Astana for both business and leisure travelers.

The amenities are nice and new, breakfast was delicious, but coffee had no taste😅 The location is brilliant if you want to stay close to the city center and avoid traffic jam. There's an exchange office with a reasonable course close to the hotel, if you need some cash after arrival.

AAdiletThe price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

It's not far from nearby scenic spots. The food in the hotel is not that good, but the waiters and ladies are very good-looking and nice.
