Overall, everything is fine, but the Ritz in Astana is different from other countries and cities! The reception was perfect, of course, the staff was very polite and welcoming! But the room was a bit of a disappointment: dirty floors (you can only wear slippers), a greeting for some man on the TV, and other little things spoiled the experience a bit. The breakfast was also a bit meager compared to other hotels in this chain. The hotel's location is good.
