Located in the historic district of Auburn, less than 5 minute walk to downtown and local shops, restaurants and night life. Large studio with full kitchen, private entrance, large ceilings and windows, allowing for natural light, 58" smart tv with Roku access including pluto, netflix, disney plus and more. Studio is a 2nd floor apartment, fully furnished with a king bed, full kitchen and full bathroom with step in shower and adjustable shower head. Large parking lot for boat or r/v parking. Housekeeping in provided upon check out only, however daily housekeeping service can be arranged by request. A/C removed last week of September and reinstalled mid May.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Wonderful stay Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months.
