Auckland Waterfront Serviced Apartments on Prince's Wharf

Thanks to Graham and Allison, we had a fantastic stay in two AWSA apartments just after New Zealand reopened last spring. Home very far away from home . We appreciated the attention to details , for example some basic supplies in the fridge for the first breakfast, coffee and chocolate and a washing machine. Superb view of the bridge. Graham was present to welcome us and Allison was so kind when finalizing our travel arrangements. I recommend it highly

We stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. As we arrived out of hours, the key was waiting for us in relevant place, so we were able to get in with no issues. Apartment was lovely very big and spacious. Really appreciated the basic supplies like milk, cereal etc that we could use the first morning. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, and included a washing machine as well. View across the harbour was beautiful and walking distance to lots of eating options, and into the city centre. One minor issue, we were in an apartment on the 1st floor and right outside our balcony was a big generator as they were doing works on the wharf area. While there was no noise Friday night (day we arrived), or Saturday or Sunday, the Monday (the day we left) they started up the generator so the noise was rather loud, but as we were leaving it didn't bother us. If you are staying during the week, I would check and ask for an apartment away from any heavy machinery. That said we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Large apartments in a fantastic location. Parked the car and didn't use it for the rest of the stay. Everything was easy from the booking process to checkout. I travel to Auckland a lot and this is by far the best apartment I have stayed in. Great for the kids too with plenty of room. Just saved myself a lot of time on my next visit as I'm going back here.

Love these apartments and the position is beyond fabulous. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the ❤️ of Auckland. The beds are very very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils/glasses you need. Will be staying again.
