Ramada Hotels in Auckland

Upon arrival the staff were really nice and helpful regarding where to find food for our taste and places to visit.

Rooms were small; adequate for 1 person but not 2. Customer service was good. The room had a broken ottoman that had to be replaced; they did with a chair. They could have not food options and a bigger lobby/restaurant but I think they may be limited by space.

I have stayed here previously and at Ramada residences across NZ and Australia, this is the worst by far. The shower was not up to Marsden standard. Black mould around the shower interior and when you opened the shower door reminents of the previous client's showering was visible, definitely not cleaned thoroughly or kept up to clean standard . The shower over flowed - you had to lift off the shower drain cap to view even more mould so that the water would run down the drain. Highlighted this to reception with photos emailed they said they would get this looked at...came back to the room bed was made...shower still the same black mould. Absolutely disappointing

Very clean and neat accommodation with good amenities like washing machines and dryer. Can wash my clothes everyday and wear it next day. Also location is quite central and access to most attractions in the city is very convenient.
