"The location was convenient for me due to a conference at the Université Libre de Bruxelles which is 20’ away on foot. Value for money was also good. However, as these are apartments with a kitchen you can get a taste of previous guests’ cooking. I suppose it’s very difficult to clean a kitchen thoroughly after it has been in use for a few years. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. An ok place overall."

"Room clean. Very dated but was OK as we didn't spent alot of time in it. But I would suggest increasing power sockets as there was only one and adding a air-conditioning unit. Didn't sleep both nights due to heat. Had 6 cold showers during night."

Ремонт уставший, требуется замена пластин на фальш потолке после протечки. Персонал вежливый, но в первую ночь забыл выставить табличку не беспокоить и был разбужен в 9 a.m. Для четырех звёзд нужны улучшения по ремонту+ в гигиенический набор хотелось бы видеть зубную щетку и пасту."

"The hotel information on Trip.com was incorrect. When I arrived, the front desk said that the executive double room did not include a kitchen. The hotel front desk and Trip.com customer service had a good attitude and actively solved the problem for me. Finally, I changed to a room with a kitchen. The room was large enough and the kitchen had basic configurations, which was perfect. There are two large supermarkets within ten minutes nearby, and you can reach the subway station or bus No. 29 directly to the Grand Place in Brussels within three minutes."

"It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place."

"It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it."
