Friendly and professional front desk staff like Brianna, Caleb and Anita making sure guest needs are met. Pretty decent housekeeping, dining area very clean and breakfast is better than most properties thanks to Janetza, who keeps it fresh and changes it up daily. Hot tub still out of order is pretty inconvenient but swimming pool is really warm. Small TVs with limited programming. Pretty quiet here for most of the time. Would stay again for certain.

Ms. Anita knew my name and greeted me every time I came. There’s a wide variety for breakfast and she always had a smile. I went there during the time they were remodeling and it didn’t make a difference in the atmosphere everyone worked together to make the place feel like home

Beware! Don’t stay at the Residence Inn Augusta!!! Our room was flea infested. management’s and Bonvoy’s response to our ordeal further proved hotel management nor Bonvoy cared about our safety or loyalty. After a trip to urgent care and a report to the environmental agency we learned they had put the room back in rotation immediately after a pet was in the room. They neglected to take appropriate steps to insure the room was clean and safe. They failed in their legal “…responsibility to protect guests from foreseeable risks, including injuries and criminal acts…” demonstrating a continued pattern of placing guests at risks. Management’s and Bonvoy’s response to our ordeal further proved hotel management and Bonvoy have little concern for customer safety or loyalty. Don’t trust them.
