The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a California King bed, while the fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects the two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. The fourth bedroom provides a double queen. A half bath adds convenience. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
