Off the dining area, which features a 14-foot marble waterfall island (seats 6), custom dining table (seats 10) and Venetian plaster walls, lies a quaint shaded backyard with lounge seating and fire table. A reading nook, stocked with dozens of board games and Austin travel books and half bath finish out the first floor. Up the stunning hanging steel staircase lined with local art, sits the master suite, a guest bedroom with Queen bed and private bath, and a fully stocked laundry room.
