Cowboy Pool and Open Concept Living - Bright Modern Haven

Recharge in the bright, naturally lit space, or take full advantage of the central location to explore all that Austin has to offer! This house boasts a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a dedicated laundry area, and a complete set of linens for your convenience. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you! HOUSE RULES - Max occupancy is 8 guests. - 2 pets are allowed for an additional $100 fee per pet. Please clean up after your pets. - Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on premises. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Parties or events are not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. - Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Monitor children at all times. - Please no glass in the pool area. Please place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. - For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. - There are animals raised by locals near the property. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. - For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep these little critters outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. We wanted to let you know as well that our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.
